Scam. This company told me I could pay $1 to get a 1 time vin records or sign up for monthly. I paid the $1 for the 1 time. They charged me 2 months later $30 for a monthly account that I never signed up for. Crooks - the customer service clerk answered the phone “would you like to close your account” like obviously this happens all the time. They just steal peoples $30 until someone notices.

Make sure the report is not a package type one
After purchasing a single report for a potential purchase of a vehicle. I was charged again every month for the report. I ended up emailing their support center and apparently they refunded me the whole amount that was charged to my credit card. So I was thankful to the support center in refunding me the amount charged. I have changed my report average rating.
