Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the payment process, often being charged an unexpected monthly subscription fee after an initial low-cost report. Customers frequently reported issues with subscriptions, stating they were signed up unexpectedly. Reviewers also found the cancellation process problematic, with many struggling to cancel their subscriptions and continuing to be billed. The pricing structure was a significant concern, as the advertised low price often led to much higher recurring charges. Additionally, the website itself was criticized for being unclear and making it difficult to manage or cancel services.

These people won't cancel my…

These people won't cancel my membership. I went through all the steps and they just kept billing me. I never signed up for this. I simply wanted one report, which wasn't even correct. Now they are ripping me off with a monthly fee. I'm going to call my bank and report them as fraud. Don't trust this company.

Scam! Stay away or be signed up for payments you do not agree to that cannot be canceled

They do not provide any useful info about your car, it is nothing but a scam. You pay them money to view stock photos of the car you have, and stock images of market data. Not only that they sign you up for a monthly subscription of $30 that you cannot cancel or refund with no mention about it anywhere that is easy to find or at all for that matter. Only possible way without canceling your card is emailing them and hoping for a response, which I've sent multiple and heard nothing. I had to cancel my card and get a new one + open a fraud investigation with my bank because they keep attempting to charge my card.

Stop scamming people with claims that…

Stop scamming people with claims that you can pay for a single report for $1 and hide the fact that it is a recurring subscription for a completely unreasonable amount. Further, your link to cancel tells you it can't cancel at this time. to call. All of your phone numbers do not work. This is a complete scam profile if anyone has ever heard one..

BEWARE! THIS IS A SCAM!

BEWARE! They are a scam!!!! We paid $1 and were charged $27.99 seven days later. We had a chat conversation and were told our money would be refunded in 3-5 business days. This continued for 3 months. We printed a copy of our chat conversations, to no benefit. We finally had to cancel our credit card and report fraud in order to stop the auto billing and get our money back. USE CARFAX OR NATIONAL MOTOR VEHICLE TITLE INFORMAITON SYSTEM OR AUTO CHECK.

BEWARE

BEWARE! Even if you unsubscribe from the email list, they will STILL charge you 29$! I paid a 1$ for a vehicle report, then immediately unsubscribed from the email list as instructed to, that same day to avoid forgetting about it and being charged. they still charged my account. I wrote the customer service and they just responded to unsubscribe (thing I had already done). BAD COMPANY! I do NOT recommend!!!

I did not subscribe

I did not subscribe. I paid $1 for the ONE report. I just got a $30 charge. I will be fighting them and reporting them. This is too much. I wish I had checked them out before paying $1. - And there was ZERO information.

If I could give less than one star I…

If I could give less than one star I would. This company gets you for a $1 vehicle search. You then canceled after that. And then a few months later you realize that it wasn't canceled and they're charging you $29.95 and then you try to contact them. And they never answer the phone number that they have for 24/7 doesn't do anything. Texting to chat. Doesn't go anywhere they say they will cancel it for you, and that doesn't work because the next month is still getting charged again. So after trying to email them about four or five times with no reply. I finally went to the bank and filed a claim. The bank in two days returned my funds and is probably going to go against them to reclaim the money. Stay away from this company, well it's not really a company. It's a scam. Good luck

Didn't Subscribe - Can't Cancel

I'm not even sure how they subscribed me. I only noticed because my credit union blocked the charge and locked my card. I called their customer support and they said they couldn't find any record of me using my email or searching for the last 4 digits of my debit card. She couldn't figure out how to cancel the subscription. So, if they keep trying to charge me, it will lock my card every time.
