Finding the wine that I loved in…
Finding the wine that I loved in Portugal was really easy. I was able to order a few bottles and have it shipped to the UK. The bottles were packed very well and came quite quickly! The customer service was very good too. They responded to emails quickly and were very helpful.

Your rom is excellent but blacklisted UPS
Your rom is excellent, but never use UPS again, 2 days to go to France, 5 days delivery in France and where I did not want...UPS is bad and it is not the first time. Blacklisted them !
Now I will test the 970 discovered in Madeira, excellent

As an external courier, their service is not fully under our control, although we do work with them regularly and most deliveries run as expected. For your next order, we can arrange shipping with alternative carriers such as DHL or TNT, although we cannot completely guarantee that delays or issues will not occur.

Gorgeous wine, well worth having it sent over.
We tried this wine when in Portugal and just loved it. It wasn't the easiest experience getting it shipped to England, but it was certainly worth it.
Excellent communication from Cristina at Vinha. Tracking information was top notch and the wine arrived safely after 2 weeks.
The overall cost worked out at £12.98 a bottle which wasn't bad, just don't think what you'd pay in Portugal :)

Unfortunately you are not happy with our service and you have all the right to be.
The delay was due to the fact that the producer Soalheiro changed their distributor last month. This situation provoked a lack of availability in the market, as well as a new price list.
We had to wait until the 9th of January to receive the final price list from the new distributor.
Our mistake was that we didn't warn you of this delay. And for that we apologise.
As a compensation we will send you a discount voucher for your next purchase by e-mail.
We hope you can have a better experience next time.
