It was very good in all but 2 respects

It was very good in all but 2 respects. I am not complaining. The installation of the dashcam took considerably longer than was expected (while I waited). It couldn't be helped. And - not a criticism of the dealership - I am left not knowing very much at all about how it functions and/or how I should learn about using it. This is a product information issue. The online manual - if I have accessed it - appears very scanty and inadequate. Am I missing something?

I was very impressed with the service I
received at Vines. I originally went to the main building and a member of staff accompanied me to the Mini building. The lady on duty there was very kind and made me a coffee whilst the paperwork was done. My hire car arrived and I was given excellent instructions on the car. I was called when the car was ready to pick up. Very impressed with professionalism and helpfulness of all members of staff I had contact with and even had additional work done to that originally booked.

Service and MOT

During my service and MOT it was identified that an engine mount required replacement, due to damages.

The part was not in stock at Vines, yet they managed to acquire the part and have me back on the road my 10:30am the following morning.

Steph on the service desk was transparent throughout the process and kept me informed with regular updates, making what was otherwise a stressful situation simple.
