Waited for 2 weeks for my order, which never arrived. Company gave me a refund, and said they would give me a free container of capsules when they next got them in. Not received.

I usually take this in the early evening, settle down to watch a couple of hours of TV, and then head to bed. I’m definitely getting a bit more sleep, although I still wake up a couple of times during the night. But at the age of 74, that’s to be expected.
