2nd watch from Vincero and again I can say I'm very pleased with my purchase. I've had many compliments since purchasing this watch and will definitely purchase again soon!

We have ordered watches from them several times to give as gifts to our employees. They are beautiful watches and highly valued by those who receive them. The company has been great to work with. We inadvertently did not complete the order for engraving, but they were very accommodating to us, allowing us to return the plain one and reorder one with engraving.

I received my dream watch and Eros large face watch. Love the style, quality and wonderful way it feels.

Love my watch Kairos ll. It is simple , beautiful and looks very classy. It is light on the wrist with a great fit but well made. The leather watch band is so comfortable. I have bought 3 more watches since this one. The company itself is great at getting back
to you in a timely fashion if you have questions, sometimes within minutes.

I bought my new watch form them the beginning of august this year and I couldn't have been happier about it. The watch looks beautiful and is really nice to wear. Furthermore the ddelivery went fast and flawless which I can't say about everything I've bought online.

I love this watch. It's elegant, understated and very comfortable to wear. It's also easy to read at a glance. I love the subtle colour combination of rose and taupe - it goes with everything!

Compliments on my watch
I regularly receive compliments on looks of my Vincero watches! However, the last compliment came from a jeweler. He changed the battery in my watch and when I went to pick it up he asked me where I got and that he was interested in getting one. He stated that he sees a lot of watches that look great on the outside but are cheap on the inside. He was highly impressed by the quality of the mechanics inside my Vincero watch. This from a jeweler with 7 lines the he could choose from, many of which were 10 times the price

The Eros Limited Release - Rose + Taupe women's watch is exceptional. It is so comfortable that I forget to take it off before I sleep. I have received many compliments on the watch. Will definitely purchase other items from this company.

I was supposed to have free shipping. Upon delivery noone asked anything for the shipping. Then a letter came asking me to pay 35€ for the shipping. I payed but I also told vincero about this situation. It took a long time but I got my money back. Goes to show they can admit when they're wrong and make things right.

First of all, the watch I bought from here is great, I love it. Very smart and fits great.

What made the experience that much better though was the outstanding customer service. I ordered a few months ago and despite being told by a certain delivery company that my watch was delivered the first time, it wasn’t as they had not even attempted delivery despite emails saying they had. Vincero kindly sent out a replacement after several back and forward emails with the delivery company. The replacement was unfortunately never picked up by the courier and again after I explained to Vincero I hadn’t received the watch, they were very understanding and sent out a second replacement. I received this today and as I mentioned, I am extremely happy with it. Thank you Vincero , would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new watch or accessory from a vet trustworthy independent company.

What made this company much different is their customer service. The speed of the communication is very fast. With a combination of this and great product(s) it is worthwhile to patronize this company. Prior to purchasing my third watch and pretty soon a 4th I read reviews and watch videos on Toutube “bashing” this company. These watch aficionados are a few minority but the rest of the 600k who bought items from Vincero are the common man who wants a beautiful watch at a great price. Kudos to this company.
