Exceptional product, Exceptional service
Exceptional product, exceptional service every step of the way. Discussed the options for building our contemporary garden studio with Luke, very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. Our builder was very impressed with the Thermowood we chose, said it was a pleasure to work with and will be recommending it to future customers. Thank you to everyone, not forgetting our delivery driver, who being " the face " of VT did them proud in the torrential rain.

Had a good experience buying cedar cladding from them. Luke and his colleagues were most helpful and patient guiding me to the right solution for our project. The cladding is on now and looks wonderful. Will be back for our decking soon

The sales and the accounting department…
The sales and the accounting department were ever so helpful with a complicated order. On collection the fork lift man helped load our beautiful cedar cladding instead of taking his break. We are so glad that we chose Vincent Timber.

Cladding product used on Listed Building extension
Great product for use on contemporary extension to listed building. Very helpful staff and order was placed and received with no issues. Cedar cladding looks fantastic.

Very very disappointed with this company. I've spent over £100k with them over the years. Bought some of a certain stock a while ago and need 1 more sheet. They have blankly refused to help me finish a job with their product because the order I wish to place is under £750...
