They took the picture directly from Maison Maia’s listing and are selling the most disgusting, shit quality straight from China that looks nothing like the picture. I’ve been chasing a refund since January, I’m not letting up until that money is back in my account.
If i could give no stars I would. I ordered a white Kensington coat and they gave me the wrong colour. After multiple attempts to email them regarding this issue they said they will replace my order with the correct order. Now when I email them they won’t reply back and would not even issue a refund. Worst customer service ever.
