I purchased this plugin with the expectation that it would help me migrate my WooCommerce store to Shopify. Unfortunately, it did not work as promised.

The main issue was with orders — the plugin kept importing them as duplicates, even though the option to check for existing orders was enabled. I followed every step exactly as described in their documentation, and after trying multiple times (including clearing data, uninstalling/reinstalling the plugin, resetting the database and API connections), the issue persisted.

I shared screenshots and clear evidence of the duplicate imports with the support team. However, instead of acknowledging the problem, they insisted the plugin was working correctly and refused to provide a refund. In reality, the plugin simply did not function as advertised.

In the end, I had to purchase a different plugin, which worked flawlessly on the first attempt and completed the migration without duplicates. This wasted an entire day of my time and created unnecessary issues with my client.

It’s very disappointing that despite providing proof, the developers refused to take responsibility or issue a refund. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this plugin.

Plugin crashed the website, no refund after the request. For refund here you will need to investigate the bug with them (however we expected financial loss with this plugin, and deleted it from website, do not want to do it again even to help them to detect bug).

Basically it is scam, my 30 USD dissapeared and would not be back, and I can't use the plugin.

The plugin was extremely buggy and kept breaking my website. Support, did absolutely nothing useful to help, and when I asked for a refund, they declined, even though the project definitely did work on my website. Am I supposed to deactivate all the other plugins just to use this? Honestly, I strongly suggest anyone buy this cheap product. There are tons of more affordable options out there! I literally got scammed!

VillaTheme really does have some of the worst customer service you will ever encounter. Their plugin was super glitchy on my website - prices constantly changing to USD even though I am in Australia. I spent weeks trying to resolve the issue via email with their customer service team - at first they "accidently" deleted my premium subscription from the backend(!). Then restored it, but had it pointed towards the wrong domain. They never answered with anything substantial or did anything to fix the problem on my website - which is still ongoing. I'm sure you can find a better currency plugin out there, and avoid this glitchy plugin with no customer service. Stay away from VillaTheme.

Bought two plugins from this company. Due to site being hacked we requested to change the domain. One plugin can be changed but the other one cannot. We were absolutely confused. The customer service Angela is absolutely rude. Avoid this company at all cost

About month ago i bought the dropshippin plugin developed by this company.

They sell the plugin on codecanyon: "Aliexpress Dropshipping and Fulfillment for WooCommerce"

I always check reviews before making any purchase and i found that this item has 8 reviews, all 5 stars. Therefore i bought the plugin.

When i began to use it on my store, i didn't work properly. For example the plugin import wrong shipping price for products. And it costs me money.

I tried to contact their support and leave the review on codecanyon. And don't get any response, they always remove my review. And now i understand why their item has only 5 stars reviews.

I hope Trustpilot review is more reliable.
