Random gibberish was their reasoning to why is was not the same price.

Drove to main stream dealer and was offered 25t sek more..

On-time. Without hesitation. Professionally. Young, competent people taking care of You. A reasonable price from the website to the end. Forget about shady subjects in a back alley. This is the only sensible way to sell Your car.

When you ask them for a price - be ready for daily spam!!!

Nice and friendly service, HOWEVER, my cars license number wasn't recognized in the website. No reason (they tried to find the glitch but couldn't) so I chanced on towing my car there as the guy on the phone could clearly see that the car was ligit and that I owned it. Kopplingen had given out on an otherwise well working (although not pretty) Citroën C5 (2005). They gave me ONE euro for the car. I can't understand that. The parts were clearly worth more, but as it couldn't drive one euro was all I got. New lamps alone, decent catalytic converter new brakes and newly replaced window... made no difference. Very disappointed 😞

Brought the car in, got fast and fair pricing, sold the car right there and then. Everything very efficient - no haggling, pushing or any other type of unpleasantness one associates with used-car sales operations, a very good experience overall.

Sold my car at the Halmstad branch. Read the negative reviews and was a bit nervous if it's a serious business and if they will at the station give me a much lower price for my car.
It's not a fancy place but it makes a professional impression. Friendly, helpful personnel who had no problem speaking English. Price was exactly as in the email. I think, if you are honest and fill in the online form correctly you will not have any surprises at the station. They basically just check if all the info you gave is correct.
Of course, you might get better prices at Blocket/private but if the price they write in the email is correct as it was for me then it's your choice if this is appropriate for you.

It was excellent.. i sold my car here at Jönköping branch. I am very happy with the price I got plus I felt comfortable with the service also. Waited for about 30min and its all done on the spot.Less time and good value.

They are clearly suffering of the syndrom "We are big, we have many customers, so we don't care if we lose some."

I booked a time at their office in Kållered (Göteborg) Since I had to drive 70 km until there (with two kids on the backseat), I was 17 minutes late.

On my way, I tried to call them to announce about that, but there was no phone number on the websie, apart the one in Stockholm. So, I emailed them my apologizes.

Once in Kållered, I only had the right to an "You are late and we don't have any more available time today".

Not even an attempt to find an alternative sollution, a sign of sympathy or understanding... nothing.

And when I explained that I"ve driven 70 km to get there and I would never come back, their only reaction was "It is not our fault".

What can I say: "Sorry guys for trying to do business with you. It won't happen again."

We brought them a nice car that had some small issues and was obesiktad because we did not want to spend money on it since we had bought a brand new car. It looks super nice inside and out considering it is 16 years old, just some minor mechanical/electronic problems. I expected them to offer 2000-3000kr. They offered 200kr!! What kind of a joke is that? This is a waste of people’s time.
