Wont refund my money

I purchased a fantastic coat. I was extremely excited to receive my order.
My coat is NOT waterproof as promised. It wetted out in no time at all.
I have tried to contact Vigour on multiple occassions. The number they provided went unanswered and then was promptly removed from website.
I sent several emails, which, up to now have not been replied to.
I am still with in my right to return this item as it cost alot of money and is not fit for purpose.
Please be absolutely sure before you commit to buying from this bogus company.

Love my high quality fashionable Vigour items. The minimalistic details make a HUGE statement and I love it. The customer service is great; transparent and personable. Thank you for an amazing product with that personal touch of care when communicating.
