I purchase 2 garden archways £310 each , I was told they had the display one and one other in the stores.
When I went to collect they only had the display one which was given to me and told the other one would be in on Tuesday this was in may sadly entering July still nothing from them each time I call they are either calling me back or don’t remember anything about it sadly I now have decided to use the county court as I just want a refund and forget I ever purchased from this terrible garden centre, no customer satisfaction just take your money.

We are very disappointed to see your review. You purchased two white arches, one from display and one from our stores which you said you would be back to collect on Tuesday, when we come to get the arch out of our stores, it had been labelled incorrectly by the manufacturer as white when it was in fact black. We therefore offered you a refund or to order you one in from the manufacturer in white which you agreed to. At no point have you been declined a refund. Unfortunately the lead time on waiting for products to come in is out of our control. We spoke to you a few days ago on the day it arrived and you said you was coming in to collect so not sure why you feel we have let you down. We were specifically looking for the same LED palace lights to replace our ones that just packed up after a number of years. View Garden centre were the only online retailer that we could find that had the same make with 80 bulbs.

Terrible website misleading with prices and delivery service holds money six days before refunding stating couldn’t for fill order after chasing via email and phone SEVERAL times rude manager (Martin) AVOID
Visited today assuming they would be responsible given the current situation, I was wrong. You may have separate entrance and exit but the 3 way bottle neck to access the garden area is both dangerous and ridiculous. As soon as we realised what a disaster it was we left and shall not return. Profit before health!!
