Jessica has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. My ViewClix frame arrived damaged, and she went above and beyond to organise a replacement and make the shipping process as easy as possible. Her communication was prompt, friendly and genuinely helpful. Exceptional customer service from Jessica and the ViewClix team—I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
Great company and people. Awesome customer service. Incredibly good idea and mission. Unfortunately for us, after a lot of troubleshooting, we realized that the ViewClix camera hardware/software (2MP) was too outdated for the modern world. This led to an artificial video-audio lag during video calls coming from the ViewClix caller only, and artificially darkened lighting during video calls again from the ViewClix caller only. The ViewClix caller was on a non-VPN 200 Mb/s connection. These issues were not as a result of internet connection issues nor the devices used by others on the call. Everyone else (the non-ViewClix callers) on the video call looked and sounded great with no lag. We had to return the product, regrettably as we had very high hopes after a lot of research. Hopefully the company will upgrade the device’s camera hardware and software for the modern era in the future.
