Fraud company

Fraud company. I was logging into paybyphone to pay for a parking meter; when I put in paybyphone.com, this site forced it's way into my phone. At first I thought it was part of the parking meter process, then saw later it wasn't and was charged the $2. Later they tried to charge me $49 for some subscription that I never asked for. Luckily, my CC company is solid and denied the charge, then notified me. SCAM COMPANY.
