No Flexibility in Bookings

We booked 2 luxury coach tickets with them but our flight was delayed by 1 hour resulting in us missing our bus. We contacted them asking to move to a later bus but they would not move our booking or give us any credit towards the new ticket. We had to rebook at full price.

Basically if you book with these guys you should know that if something happens to your travel plans, they will not be flexible or understanding, you’ll get stung with the full costs

Perfect service at any time

I have been booking my bus tickets through this company for 5 years now. Always everything works out perfect. Good Service, very helpful and nice contact, they are responding your questions within a short time and do everything to make your trip safe and well-organized. Only can recommend booking your tickets there!
