We have attended a tour to Schönbrunn by this company in our first trip to Vienna, so we had no previous experience in this city.
After visiting many popular places in many cities, I didn't think a group tour through this palace premises could be so stressing. The palace was jammed with tourists and it has been really over expectations the performance of the guide, who has been leading about 25 attendees through the crowd all over the rooms and corridors of Schönbrunn without losing his nerves and managing the tricky moments with other guided tours with fair play and in full common of the situations.
He deserves a 5 stars qualification.

Excellent experience with Stephen as our guide... wonderful history with humour.. It made our visit highly enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend.

Everything’s was excellent and our tour guide was super nice and loved his humour!

The maps and timetables were hard to read. You have to do a lot of math to figure out the 40 minute intervals when the next will arrive. And sometimes they arrive early and leave early. 30 minute intervals would be preferred. The live tracking feature didn’t seem helpful at all. I did enjoy learning a few things on the audio recorded tour.

We completed 2 tours with this company. Both tours were amazing, well organized and good guides. Strongly recommend trips to Hallstatt and Danube Balley!!! Unforgettable ❤️

The person that was scanning our tickets was very rude and not friendly at all.

Tour was very pleasent, the Guide was very cheerfull and full with history.

We went on a City Tour followed by a visit to Schonbrunn Palace. Our coach was easy to find, very comfortable and the city tour was very informative. Our guide was Stefan on the coach and at Schonbrunn. He was a mine of very interesting information and made our tour very enjoyable. He had a good sense of humour and kept us laughing which made the tour even more enjoyable!! 😂😂

The shuttle bus is on time and convenient for customer, I will take the shuttle bus again next time if I want to go to outlet, it's a perfect choice!!

The experience was smooth from start to finish. My driver who picked me up from my hotel was punctual, the bus to Hallstatt was very clean & comfortable, our guide Germana was extremely informative & friendly

Our guide (Mr. Steven) was very professional and friendly. Well explained city tour and visit to Schonbrunn. Must do especially if you do not have much time to visit the city

We had a return ticket on 5 Nov at 12.30 pm. We were in time for the bus and we asked the driver if we can take the next bus which was 14.30. first he said we can't but then he called the center and said yes you can take the next bus because we were the only 2 person on the 12.30 bus. When we want to get on the bus at 14.30 pm the bus driver said you can't get in because your ticket was 12.30. he spoke German all the time although we don't understand German and trying to communicate English. Another German woman who has 18.30 ticket get on the bus driver said it is Okey but he didn't take us to the bus and said you need to go guest information office. Or you can take the train to went back to Vienna. When we talked with the guest office she said you can take any bus you want I don't know why he didn't take you. You can talk to sightseeing office in vienna. We went back with 4 pm bus. When we tried to talk the officer in Vienna. He just looked at us and said so what can I do. I can't to anything. He spoke just like he mocked with us. I make a complaint about that driver and officer.

We had an amazing trip in Vienna, the bus was clean and the audio guide gave us some interesting information about some incredible landmarks

They were really punctual and the guide explained a lot on the drive to the destination.

The trip to Hallstatt was a fun, unforgettable and wonderful trip for me. However, it was a nuisance because some people were not able to keep to the meeting time. They were punished and could not return to Vienna with us. You should not be late either.

We went with this company to Hallstatt for a day, if you are in Austria you must to go to this beautiful place and if you have lucky you will meet Steven, this person made our tour unforgettable.
