Why I Gave 5 Stars After Cancelling (Yes, Really!)
Here's why I'm giving Vidyo 5 stars: for their exceptional customer service when I cancelled my subscription!
Sounds weird, right? Let me explain.
I was a daily Vidyo user in early 2024, and their platform was fantastic at extracting key clips from my long-form videos and podcasts – a HUGE time-saver. When my workload shifted, I stepped back from content creation (you know how it goes) and completely forgot about my subscription.
Last week, I noticed a $200 PayPal charge and discovered it was from Vidyo. I reached out about a refund, and within 5 minutes, they confirmed it was being processed. After being burned by other services in similar situations, Vidyo's prompt and hassle-free response really stood out.
Not only do they have a great product, but they've proven themselves to be a company with integrity. When I get back to content creation, there's no question – I'll be back with Vidyo!
