There could be room for improvement...the results that the ai yields are satisfactory to an extent.

this i a compilation about my projects and Vidmuse, the report is written by their own AI. I lost 500 Dollar, they ruined my project, i am a pro customer, it take sdays to get an answer. They gave a bonus from once 4000 credit, and 1000 credits. Very nice indeed, problem you lose all your money to try fix their errors, faults, misunderstanding, etc, etc, its a whole failure. The AI admitt that they are not perfect. That they have a lot of problems. But why being on the market with such bad product. And even if they give you some credits to compensate. What can you do with, stay there longer? Lose more time? You still do othing else to repare their mistakes, even with compensation credits. Avoid vidmuse. You will lose your money, your time your energy. Here the result of my project till now, i send them already a dozen complaints.. but so what. Experience the same as all the other 1 star reviews - This AI software is built to scam money, you approve the visuals of a character/avatar in the beginning and then through each shot the character does not look anything like the character you approved, which cost you more money to keep correcting the mistakes over and over. Other issues as well but I'm not waisting anymore time, I've already waisted 2 days I can not get back.

A little warning. They state on their site that you can create a 30 second music video free. So I took the first 28 seconds of one of my songs and uploaded it. The process was going well, it recommended setting and character appearances. I confirmed all suggestions to keep the process as simple as possible. 30 minutes later, almost done rendering, it asked for more money to finish. I complained to support and received a bot generated response, nicely saying “too bad “

the UI is easy to understand and use, the video generation took too long, too many prompts and focuses on small details, the initial credit usage isn't enough, doesn't support certain duration control, it was all worth it with the output, it was mind blowing.

I don't even wanna talk about how much money I lost on this crap.
I am upgrading my score from yesterday from a 1 to 3 star rating. This is because I contacted Vidmuse and aired out my complaint and today, I just got awarded a lot of credits even though the time factor was ridiculous. I don't know exactly how many credits they awarded me but I had logged down that I had 14,719 credits at some point, working on my latest project and with it completed, I now have 35,439 credits after eating a lot of credits after finishing this project and so, if you go through that very same problem, contact them and it'll save you a ton of cash.

Vidmuse does not correct the issues it creates. It attempts to but then charges you more credits. I spent $139 on a video that sucks. The lip sync doesn't work and they say the AI technology isn't there yet. That is bull. never get sucked in by this company.

This company makes great looking videos, if you don't create them.
They continuously make errors, change characters, locations all too require you you fix their mistakes. Yes. They purposely screw up parts of your portions so have to continue editing and generating videos. Hear what I'm saying- they make huge errors and mistakes. Admit it's their fault, but to fix their mistakes it costs you credits. They literally changed the characters in my video. Swapped them. Changed outfits. Aged them. Broke continuity.
Now, one video i made cost 80.00. Not bad, but I had to fix it in another program that cost me another 35.00.
Another video has cost me over 23000 credits. And it's not at all usable. We went scene by scene, very in-depth. It said it was fixing all of the errors. Step by step... then... when more credits were wasted on fixing their errors, not my artistic changes, when I viewed kitty again only 3 of the 18 errors were fixed, but 4 new ones happened.
When I wrote to their what is their version of customer service, they said mistake happen... and offered 500 credits. 500 from the 23000 I spent. 17000 on repairing all the mistakes the AI said was a huge mistake on its part.
This is a spiral. You have to either pay until they fix all their mistakes, or you throw your money away...
I don't like getting ripped off. I don't mind paying for my artistic choices or changes. In no other business do u have to pay for fixing or repairing THEIR MISTAKES. Can u imagine that in a restaurant??? Yes we burned your steak, but for another 34.00 will attempt to cook it right again.
This is thievery.
I told them I only want a video that is usable. Give me the credits I spent fixing your errors. I'll pay for a video.

I tried it, i lost $100 and time for a crappy video, first it wont lipsync to the song properly. This video generator is crap.

For my first attempt at AI video I thought a free trial would be ideal. After working on it for a couple of hours I realised that the free trial was a scam and that to do anything meaningful would require a subscription, so I bought a month's subscription, and went back to finish. I asked how many credits I'd need to complete and was told, and I chose the option that was within my means. Then i was told I had gone over my credit limit and would have to buy more. No matter what I typed in, the same message came up over and over again. BUY MORE CREDITS. This whole thing is a scam. Avoid it.

It's a scam, they are not responding and the legally required address is missing. I'll find them and put an end to it!

The site used to be great, but the updates they were giving it—for example, lowering the credits from 2,000 to 100—were terrible. 1,000 credits, but nowadays it's been dropping to 500 credits, which makes it pointless to use. It was much better before because, apart from the c The price of their credits is very high, and it's not worth continuing with a site where support doesn't respond.It's annoying that after we're doing well in creating a project, but halfway through the process the agent always has to fail at something. It uses up our credits and we can't get back the ones it took from us. It's a waste of time to always make mistakes And since the site has already lost its purpose, I don't recommend continuing to spend money on their credit packages as they are very expensive.

VidMuse is a fraudulent company and is stealing money from customers! VidMuse claimed that an impersonating merchant is responsible for charging me $39. This explanation is not credible for the following reasons: the charge was for exactly $39 — the precise amount of my former subscription — and it occurred at the same time my subscription would have renewed had it not been canceled. No random impersonator would charge the exact subscription amount at the exact renewal date.

Their website does not offer a simple self-service cancellation through a profile settings page. It directs customers to submit a cancellation request through the customer portal — which is exactly what I did, nearly a month before my renewal date. They did not respond to any messages.

Because they failed to respond, I deleted my account entirely as a last resort to prevent further charges. That step also went unacknowledged. The failure to cancel my subscription lies entirely with VidMuse's failure to respond to my portal messages.

When I disputed the original charge, American Express tried to contact VidMuse directly using the phone number on file — and was unable to reach them because that number is out of service. VidMuse's contact information is outdated with American Express, they provide no self-serve cancellation mechanism, and they do not respond to customer portal messages. Taken together, this pattern appears to be a deliberate strategy to make their company unreachable — so that customers cannot cancel, cannot get a response, and can later be told they never properly followed the cancellation process.

I believe the company uses multiple alternate merchant numbers to circumvent American Express's dispute process, to make unauthorized charges, and to falsely claim that there is an "impersonator". Their behavior constitutes theft and deception.

I am proceeding with complaints to the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE), the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act enforcement authorities, the US Federal Trade Commission, and Stripe — with whom I will be filing a report regarding their billing practices, their outdated merchant contact information, and the absence of any self-serve cancellation mechanism on their Stripe billing page.
