How can such dishonest business last long?
They are scammers using AI…
They are scammers using AI technology. Don't fall for their trap. Don't try to steal my money for a subscription, which is nowhere as I checked the account, Google Pay etc. I don't have an active subscription, so why are you trying to take my money? If you don't stop it, I can take things further as what you do it's not right.
Don't accept any offer its trap

If Disabled, DON'T Buy Coaching.
They PUSH you to make videos back and forth to your coach. I cannot speak. My only option is typing. My intro to the coach was 768 words. They have a text option that parses by 750 CHARACTERS (including spaces). Just to be clear, that's like 130 words. When I complained to support about text not fitting, their response was "Your voice matters" - that's RIGHT after telling them I cannot speak. Then - "you can condense some parts of your text or split it into two separate messages". SO, either I am NOT to actually introduce myself in my own words I have chosen, or wait 24-48 hours for the coach to respond to part1 and post the rest of my introduction 24-48 hours later?
If you are not able to make a video, talking to them, they really, really, really don't want your written word. I found customer support to end up being very offensive. I regret giving this company my money.

I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription. I literally had £18 left in my bank to buy food with for the next 2 weeks, as soon as I realise it had been taken from my bank after pleading with a friend for £2 to stop me being overdrawn I contacted them within an hour of the payment and pleaded with them to refund the months subscription so I could buy food. Got a reply the next day saying all payments are final they were not going to bend on it no matter what the circumstances! Offered me a free month!... But I can't eat a free month subscription! HEARTLESS BASTERDS!!!
After telling them I left a review they refunded, shouldn't of had to reply again and I should not have been told that a refund was impossible however I have added another star to my original review as they did make it right in the end.. but I'm still salty about it

This tools is for those people who doesn't have idea of Photoshop like tools and people who don't know how to use chatgpt AI tools. If you how to work with chatgpt then chatgpt is 100 times better than this tool. For me i wasted my money here.

A YouTuber Beginner's review of vidIQ
As a beginning YouTuber, I was looking for meaningful analytics that would help in continuous improvement in my content. YouTube does provide Analytics but not much comparative data, no benchmark against which I could measure my content, minimal ideas for new content and honestly some data out of which I could make no sense.
I found two tools on a Google search. One was vidIQ. I will not name the other one, let us as usual call it the unknown 'x' from algebra :-).
I took a 1 month subscription to both.
I abandoned x in under a week. Totally useless, zero support, no way to reach out.
vidIQ is awesome. Extremely analytical insights presented very visually. I come from a background in Quality and know the importance of not only having meaningful insights but also how to present them visually so that the user can understand clearly.
I don't wish to go on and on. Suffice it to say that, while vidIQ offers a huge number of analytics, all of them are useful and presented clearly.
You can add competitors and rate yourself against them, you can enter search terms and it will give you an analysis of the term, daily ideas, SEO, Keyword search for rating, an AI coach that you can ask questions,
As much as I liked these, the following two are amazing:
1.An AI Generator that generates ideas based on your input. But wait it not only generates ideas, it pretty much plans out the entire video for you in sections starting with the title & description and ending with the call to action. I have tried it out practically and all that I had to do was build the actual content using the plan.
2. The other is the Growth Plan. In my opinion, this alone is worth 1 year's subscription cost. It takes you on a journey beginning with the YouTube Algorithm and then in in 5 levels of easy to understand language it teaches you how to make the best possible video that will gain the most traction. It forces you to arrive at a focussed content and define your viewer. It completely changed the way I look at content and I put certain suggestions into use immediately - renaming my channel, creating a banner (started) and a channel trailer (under planning)
I was live streaming my main topic every Sunday but after completing the Growth Plan, I have decided that for my niche, recording is the way forward.
Oh yes, the icing on the cake, the support is awesome.
Having been in the Quality domain, the key to delivering your value proposition is Continous Improvement and customer delight, As long as you do this, you will be the best.
Thanks vidIQ, keep up the excellent work.
They took my money
They took my money. I was refunded an amount from a different company and then they didn't even inform me that there was still a billing going on and just took it. At least some companies, like a phone company, tell you that you're going to be charged this amount; however, they never told me that at all. I feel like they should at least let you know that there is a bill going so you won't be surprised.

I’m quite frustrated with how the automated renewal was handled. I went through the entire process to cancel my subscription, and at the very end, the system logged me out. Naturally, I assumed the cancellation had gone through. Then, today, I noticed I was charged for September despite my attempt to cancel.
Then i go on to there website to see if i can get a refund but nope there's a no-refund policy because they claim it’s to ensure a “consistent” and “fair” approach for all subscribers. What’s not fair is charging people for a service they no longer want or plan to use. I didn’t use the service last month, and I have no intention of using it this month either.
It feels less like fairness and more like consistency in ripping off customers who no longer wish to subscribe.

Excellent customer service
I reached out to VidIQ's support because I was unable to choose which YouTube channel I wanted to connect to their app. It turned out to be a limitation of YouTube Studio’s permission management. Unlike Google Brand Accounts, YouTube Studio’s permission management doesn’t allow you to select an account upon a third-party app authentication. Davor provided excellent customer service by explaining the problem and offering a possible solution.

They are SCAMMERS. BE WARNED!!!
All the reviews talking about their seven day free trial being a scam are true. They log you out of your boost account so that you aren't able to opt out of the seven day free trial then they charge you. Even after charging me they've logged me out again. They are SCAMMERS. BE WARNED!!!

One Star Review for VidIQ: The Free Trial That Wasn't
I signed up for VidIQ's free trial, expecting a no-strings-attached exploration of their services. Here's what I got instead:
The Bait: "Try us for free!" they chirped. So, I did, with the enthusiasm of a space tourist about to embark on a journey to Mars.
The Switch: Before I could say "YouTube optimization," my credit card was doing a dance of its own, charged with the grace of a dancing robot that's just been told it's obsolete.
The Charge: There I was, expecting zero dollars, but instead, I was hit with a fee faster than a light-speed punchline.
VidIQ, you promised a free trial, but it seems your definition of "free" comes with a hidden asterisk, leading to an unexpected financial voyage. If you're looking for a free trial, maybe look elsewhere unless you fancy a surprise billing adventure. One star for the surprise, not the service.

It's good software but there is something I hate and I used it for first time if I had known of it I wouldn't use it ...when you search for keywords the score of its difficulty on the app is shown as low medium and so on and it makes it so easy when I extract the words I found it with numbers !!! this makes the processor more complicated because first I don't know what is considered low and what is not, and take time and search to make it on the sheet. why do you do such a thing those tools are supposed to help people and make it easy for us now I have to go back to the app and write on each word what it considers..what's your point make it like this.

Don't recommend to buy their services at all they said I received a reminder message that the subscription will renew and even if I received it they flood your email with stupid notifications so you can't tell which ones are important and they don't allow refunds because of their stupid policies

They live up to their reputation
They live up to their reputation. Excellent tools every YouTuber can use to optimize their channel. The coaching was very helpful in understanding how the algorithm game goes. I came away with a massive upgrade on my channel and the knowledge needed to keep growing.
