Scammy website.

I looked on the website and the jumpers looked pretty good, so I ordered (what looked like) a vintage ripcurl jumper. What came in the post was an extremely low quality, fake and horrible looking fleece. Bearing in mind that I had spent nearly 30 pounds on the thing I emailed them to try and return it. But those scamming scumbags won’t let me even send an email to them.

We really loved the video that Vidicrew created for us. They stitched together all of the best bits from the videos that our guests uploaded to the app, and told the story of the day from our loved ones point of view. Using the app meant that we have a video from the build-up all the way to the last dance, and showed little snippets of guests laughing and talking to each other that we missed! You really get out what you put into it - we were worried about not getting enough footage so really encouraged everyone to take lots of video and even set a few tasks for them to complete, which had the added bonus of everyone interacting even more :) Vidicrew themselves were also quick to respond to emails and we got the video really quickly so we got to enjoy it on our honeymoon. The app is still a little clunky, some guests had a bit of difficulty uploading video on the day itself, but we managed to fix that in the days after and in the end everything made it online. We are recommending this to our friends as a great alternative to a videographer :)

My wife and guests collected videos and photos only to find out vidicrew couldn't make the video we had anticipated of our wedding day. We were offered a partial refund or video of lesser quality. £200 refund and nothing to show for our money. To say we are disappointed would be an understatement, we may as well have been mugged!
Guests found the app difficult to use and some couldn't upload footage at all.
All round it's been an awful experience.

What can I say? Our wedding video is just perfect, absolutely amazing. We love it so so much!! 

We decided against a videographer due to the cost, so it's so special for us to be able to look back on this for the rest of our lives. There are already things about the ceremony that we would have forgotten without this video. Now we will never forget! An added bonus was being able to capture the lead up to the wedding and the honeymoon in the same video, which a videographer couldn't have done.

I'm so glad we found out about vidicrew.  Thank you again to Alex and the team, who couldn't do enough and bent over backwards to help us. If you're considering vidicrew, you won't regret it. the service is excellent.

Thanks so much to Alex and the Vidicrew team for editing not one but two beautiful wedding videos for us. One capturing guest messages from those who couldn’t be there due to Covid, and the second being our story from engagement to honeymoon. We’ll treasure these video memories forever, especially the moments with grandparents. The team were really flexible with delivery dates and edits due to our ever changing plans which was much appreciated during a stressful planning process. A fab team with fab results.

Such a great service and unique addition for our wedding!

We really wanted a video for our wedding but wanted one that would capture the genuine warmth and excitement of the day as well as being affordable.
Suggested though some friends, we found vidicrew, which was a creative solution to our problem. The actual process of building the video became a fun culture and activity for our guests leading up to the day: 'make sure you get your videos for our vidicrew!'

The video we got was so well edited: piecing together the different perspectives and views of our guests and you get to amend anything you don't like.

We weren't going to have a video, until we met the vidiCREW guys at a wedding fair we were also exhibiting at. You could say that having been in the wedding industry ourselves for many years as photographers, there wouldn't be much that we didn't know about - but this was something really different and in our minds gave our younger guests a perfect excuse to have their phones out and not get told off! Turned out that our older guests quite liked it too! The app is really easy to use, the footage that we got was so personal because it was taken by people who know us. The video was delivered in record time as far as wedding videos are concerned - actually while we were on honeymoon. And we couldn't love it more. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding day was to go with vidiCREW. Couldn't recommend them more!

Such a great way to capture a wedding in a natural way. Our guests got to be part of our journey and our story and got to capture such special unique moments of our guests a traditional videographer never would have got. They way then vidi crew edited it together was amazing. We absolutely loved our video, it really captured the essence of our day in an authentic magical way. Def recommend!
