WELL ITS 2023 PEOPLE AND VIDEO PROFS 2D ANIMATION STILL HAVE MY $5440.00 I JUST WANT TO SAY PLEASE!!!! KEEP YOUR MONEY DO NOT GIVE THEM I CENTS OF YOUR MONEY.

This was the worst experience I've had working with any team. They didn't listen to any directions I gave. They even got my company's name wrong in the video! There was no quality control. I had to ask over and over and over and over to fix their edits. They would ignore my requests, send the video back without the requested edits. This happened 10x before I said I didn't want to work with them anymore. 10 times. Then I asked for a refund on the website build that they were going to do, but never started (b/c I didn't want them touching my site after the horrible exp with the video). They said they'd refund me, but never did. I would never work with them again and hope no one has to go through what I did. It was absolutely awful.

If I could give zero stars I would, we have been waiting over a year now for our refund. Christy parker and her group have been waiting patiently for it. We would like to make our video. Enough is enough already. Please everyone don't waste your time and money on this company.

It's been over a year and they still have not paid us our money back they still our money and did not give us a product pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee report their company and do not trust them. Myself and my ministry trusted them and they a liar

Fraud company that forged email documents to take money out of our business account. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I was very cautious on where to choose my business animation from. I found videoprofs and decided to give them a shot. I can say in full, I am very happy with my experience with them. The lady working on my project was very nice, helpful and informative. Keeping the communication going throughout was very easy. I can say I will definitely be back for future projects.

Another unhappy customer of the company Video Profs 2D Animation company. I am very unsatisfied with the lack of response and truth and reliability that we as a ministry Nothing But The Truth have received even until today. We as a youth ministry have worked together for years singing as a choir under our wonderful pastor Christy Parker. The song "Just Praise Him" is near and dear to all of our hearts and we have been looking forward to this beautifully animated video to bring the message and story to life. Unfortunately we have waited for over 9 months to see this vision come to life yet our pastor in patience has suffered after having faith that it would come to fruition and after all of our contributions and her own significant monetary contribution has nothing to show for it. Please do not trust this company for their word is not true, even after being told that she will be refunded we have been told falsely that it has been sent. You as a company should be extremely disappointed in the poor customer service and lack of genuineness that you provide to your paying customers and stick to your word and repay our pastor what she deserves period.

Similar to the latest 1 star, we also were treated unfairly. We ordered 6 videos, which we were told to be done within 10-12 weeks. This was in January. To this day, we only have 2 of the videos completed and trying to resolve the rest of this project is a nightmare. I even agreed to not dispute any charges because we hopped on a call and I was willing to work with them however they are still not delivering any work so I have lost all faith. Do not work with them, they have "lost" my responses to their eamils with directions so I have to tell them things multiple times, they also have emailed me from each others emails making me curious if they even are being truthful with who they are. The quality of work is much less than what is shown before you work with them. Dont make the mistake we made. The other 5 star reviews seem mostly, if not all, fake.

First impression was great: nice website, appear to produce quality work, knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, once we paid, radio silence from our project manager. We had to send constant requests for updates, milestones, etc, none of which were directly addressed. Things got even worse once the creative process began and we ultimately cancelled our order. It took three days for them to commit to a refund, and now two weeks later, we’re still waiting. Terrible experience and terrible company. It seems they’re only interested in closing the sale, not taking care of the customer. We now feel ignored and taken advantage of. Perhaps this review will get their attention.

Great customer service! Designers are on point where it comes to your vision. Great work!! I will definitely use their services in the future.

Our company video came out exactly how we wanted!

I didn't spend alot of time researching online companies, I found Video Profs, quickly checked out their work and the price, chatted with Greg live, and I was SOLD. No selling was necessary, he listened to me and I felt he genuinely cared about my specific needs. Now my new project is under way!! I feel totally confident I made the right decision, and you will too.
