I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service. Based on your advertisements and the actual platform performance, I am requesting a resolution to the following issues:
False Advertising of Video Length: Your marketing states support for videos up to 3 minutes, yet the interface provides no option to select or generate a video of this duration.
Script and Title Distortion: The system fails to respect user input. When I provide a custom title and script, the AI replaces them with completely different content.
Input Limitations: The interface is restrictive; it does not allow me to paste text into certain fields when I attempt to provide specific additional information or custom data.
Style Inconsistency: The output does not reflect the selected style. The final product ignores the chosen aesthetic entirely.
Static Content vs. Motion Video: I expected a continuous video with fluid motion. Instead, the result was a sequence of steady, static images rather than a professional video edit.
Billing Issues and Lack of Trial: There is no free trial to test these features, forcing a subscription. Furthermore, I was charged €19 instead of the advertised $19, which is a significant price difference.
This experience has not met the professional standards advertised. I expect a response regarding these technical failures and the overcharge on my account.
