fantastic company I bought a lifetime subscription 5 years ago and they still honored it and it works great highly recommend

Firstly, the app does not do what it claims. May as well use Powerpoint. On top of that, it is absolutely a scam: Business model relies on you not being able to cancel your subscription. Immediately I could tell the app was not going to cut it, so I Was VERY sure to cancel the 'free trial' before expiry and they still charged me for a full year. Then went I went back to triple check, it was almost impossible to find a link to cancel this time around. Needed to email someone for a link to follow...eventually managed in the end but not without SIGNIFCANT effort and of course the lost funds for a deficient product I will never use.

I have been using VIDDYOZE for years. I love the quality of the projects, the ease of use and VIDDYOZE has gotten me out of many creative jams in a very short amount of time! I will be using it for the rest of my life!

Viddyoze has made it very easy for me to be at my creative best. The templates are easy to use and it allows me to create media content that stand out and get noticed. Talk about scroll stoppers!! Im always being asked, how did you do that, or how did you get my logo in there! This is, by far, one of my favorite tools to work with.

I have always had good results and great customer service, even thru the Chat.

Business model is based on people not canceling their subscription on time (they have 3 days in advance guideline to be able to cancel)
If you go for the trial (7 days) you have to ask for cancelation after 4 days or they will charge you no matter what, they know that no one is using their shitty services so that's how they make money.
The website is cranky not smooth at all, not user friendly interface very limited edit possibilities, no way this subscription is worth 47$ monthly they are just scamming people.

Charged my credit card without prior notification. Apparently, it was a yearly renewal charge. Regardless, I should have been notified. If I HAD been notified beforehand, I would have canceled the service (that's probably why they don't send a notification). I didn't even use the service and they verified that, but will not credit my card. Reading reviews...this is a common practice of theirs. Is the company so hard up for money they resort to this?

I have tried to cancel my agreement to use their product for the last two years. (I haven't used it).

I emailed them last year & again this year when I saw it going out again.

They said sorry too late but you can use it until end of 2025. Where no doubt they will take it again. I explained the form I am supposed to fill (instead of just taking my written request) requires me to set up an account.

I don't want to set up an account I want a refund, I need this money to pay business expenses.

The rendering process is so f...... slowly. Crap product

I LOVE Viddyoze. Excellent quality and ease of use. The integrity of the owners and the team always shows. The customer service is always outstanding.

I really like this platform. It not only transcribes YouTube and other files, but you can also choose what level of summaries you'd like it to generate, from general, detailed, academic, etc. I uploaded over 20 lessons in MP3 of a training course I have (almost 6 hours of content) and Summify distilled it down to 4 pages of the main lessons from the content, including key quotes from the speaker from each lesson. I highly recommed it!
