I am extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed. I buy almost everything online and never had a negative experience until I came across this retailer. I ordered a whiteboard which was very damaged and in poor shape upon arrival. I wrote an email to customer service asking for a replacement, and I was surprised that all I was being offered was either a 15fr coupon for a future purchase, or a 10fr reimbursement "to repair" my product myself. The product was badly damaged upon arriving home. This was as a scam, and the most disrespectful answer possible on the part of their customer service. When I replied to them saying neither of those options were acceptable, I simply received no reply. I highly advise against buying anything from them.
