Great items and Great Customer Service
Not only did the items turn out better than expected but when I needed to return, whilst there was some confusion initially, the resolution ended up being very quick and very good. They are very customer focused and this is something a lot of companies could learn from.

Really bad quality - good customer service solution found

was contacted by customer Service and came to a comon agreement on how to proceed ... it does not make the furniture better, but the solution is OK for me.

Unbelievably hard to put together- soooo many screws and holes which do not align
Also LED light strip does not stick at all.
Item not white - grayish white and corners not aligned.
Will ask for money back or return.

The quality of the product is too bad
I got a Tatami-style tiber bed.
The quality of the product is bad, really bad. The timber breaks easily and the screws get over threaded easily. The number of screws are counted to the exactly required, so no option once some get damaged.
The final result is a timber bed that produces noise any time it is used.

Very good customer service from VidaXL
I purchased a rowing machine from VidaXL, which arrived promptly. Unfortunately it was too small for me, AND one of the handles was bent - enough to make it uncomfortable to use. I emailed VidaXL, and received a very prompt and polite reply. After an exchange of polite emails, the matter was satisfactorily resolved.

Five stars for my first dealings with this company
Well you take as you find and I have to say my experience with vidaXL has been great ! I ordered a handbasin as it was £20 less than other vendors on line. Ordered on the Wednesday late and received on the Saturday lunch time-and well packaged .I also ordered a waste but received a slotted when I needed an unslotted -my fault?
I used their chatbot to rectify this and the technology worked brilliantly. Normally these things are a disaster !

Excellent service on item exchange
I ordered a parasol and also a bronze cast iron parasol base from this company, but when the items arrived, I realised the parasol base had much more gold on than was shown on the site. I enquired about exchanging the item for a black one instead and the company said I would have to reorder it in black if I wished, but in any case they would immediately refund the cost of the unwanted item to me, but I did not need to return it and could discard it or just keep it. Very impressed with the excellent service as they certainly went the extra mile in this case.

The product is of very poor quality, but customer service is great 👍🏻
The product is of very poor quality. You have to assemble the spikes onto the metal holders yourself, which is normal, but these holders are poorly drilled, so you need to redo the holes as they are not properly finished. Additionally, the edges of the holes have not been deburred and can damage the skin.
There are two types of spikes to be inserted into the holders, which should be evenly distributed. However, this was not the case with what I received. And to top it off, there were not enough spikes to complete all the holders (about 10% were missing).
***** Update on my review: After a proper, cordial, and very efficient contact, the customer service refunded part of my purchase as compensation. I thank them for it.

Bad quality, bad service
I bought a set of furnitures for the garden.
Everything (table, armchairs, chairs, ..) was broken or rotten within one year.
VidaXL as never considered a decent reimbursement.

Fast delivery. The bot for customer service works and it is fast. The Manual included was incorrect, so I had to contact them. This cost me time and that is the reason why I removed one star. The quality of what I ordered matches what I paid.

One piece is wrong and cannot be fitted.
I ordered for dining chairs and one of the chairs the legs are the same and cannot be installed. I have sent a message and no reply to date.
Is it possible to send me the spare and i can return the wrong one.

Missing parts garden house
I ordered a garden house. It arrived with two missing pieces and, obviously, without them, is not possible to build the house. I asked to customer service for a solution and they don't have that missing parts at warehouse and are only giving me option of 55ch as compensation but they didin't know when can provided us them (no metion of total value of the house, aprox 550chf refound) or paying me partial shipping retun for 55chf! That's not fair for me!! I have a bound of unuseful metall pieces and almost 600 chf less! I need a fair solution.
