Vidalytics is an incredible software, for sure. That goes without saying.

I'm actually writing this to give a shout-out to Aldo, a support agent (and more, I'm sure).

He is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable (both about the software, and it's different marketing applications).

I've asked him a bunch of questions ... some in their occasional (maybe weekly?) Live Q&A Calls, some via email, and most of them through their chat.

They have a pretty good AI-based support chatbot, and if it can't answer a question, it offers connecting with a live support agent ... one of which is Aldo.

Just from his interactions, I feel like I have a point person that I can depend on whenever a question arises ... and I won't be waiting forever for an answer.

I've never felt that before with a software.

I had a terrible experience with Vidanalytics. I signed up intending to purchase the lowest-priced plan for $24. However, after completing the payment, I was unexpectedly charged $103 instead. This was not what I agreed to when subscribing, and there was no clear explanation or transparency about this higher charge during checkout.

This experience completely destroyed my trust in the platform. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt misled and overcharged. I immediately requested a full refund and decided I no longer want to use this software at all. A company offering subscription services should be transparent and honest about pricing - and in my experience, Vidanalytics failed at this.

Based on what happened, I would not recommend Vidanalytics to anyone. Be very careful with their billing, because what you think you’re paying for may not be what you actually get charged.

Fast response time. My only problem was that CS is only available during EST.

Like any new software, there is a learning curve to get things going, (I struggled with integrating it with my CRM) but the Vidalytics support team has been great with getting on calls with me and helping me through any issues or questions I have. It's a great company and I hope to work with them for years!
