I ordered boots from this company and I have never received the items that I paid for I’m pretty disgusted there is no phone number to reach them and they do not respond to your emails do not purchase from this company this is a scam!!!

Complete scam. They never send your items after you pay.

I ordered me a jeans and they never shipped it I have emailed them few time and never get response from them. I try find phone number to call them and couldn't find any. Very disappointing

NEVER order from them. I made an order on November 12 and it’s January 16 and I still haven’t gotten it. They dm’ed me talking about being an ambassador and gave me 60% off but they just ended up taking my money. Also, the jewelry they sell is also on ali express for $1.36 so they buy the jewelry off ali and sell them for a much higher price and don’t even end up giving it to you. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I’ve dm’ed them a bunch of times and emailed but no answers. I wanna give them 0 stars but that’s not even an option.

Vicvi are online crooks. Do not buy anything from their online store. Just like many others, I was sweet talked into being an ambassador on Insta and they offered me 50% discount. I’m always one to be cautious online but I reviewed them prior to purchasing and didn’t see anything bad - I obviously didn’t look into this company hard enough. I NEVER RECEIVED MY PURCHASE. I emailed and emailed and no response. They stole my money.

They don’t even deserve the one star, but it wouldn’t accept no stars.

This company literally reached out to me I purchased two items and never received the items. I messaged and emailed more than I should have the only response after I told them to cancel and return my money, to which they said there was a bit of lag on the order after a month 🙄🙄. It's not right to scam people during a pandemic. I literally have proof of all of this!!

On the site I ordered a gift for my wife, a bracelet and a necklace with stones and pearls. The order came quickly, within a week, the quality is normal, the necklace looks very good, but the bracelet is a little too big (although it indicated the size).

I wanted to propose to my girlfriend. I turned to Vi cvi and did not regret my choice. The guys made the ring according to my wishes. The price for it was justified by the quality. The ring was made qualitatively without jambs. I recommend it!

I made an order on the Vicve website for a necklace with an individual name made of 18-carat gold for myself, I really love things with my name for me, this is what I needed, it was made with high quality, it was delivered promptly, I am very satisfied with the site. Adequate prices and a pleasant choice.
