he phoned prior to arrival. arrived on time.
showed before and after photos.
very polite to staff and respectful of the stock unit involved

Paul came in to sort some snagging and managed to do that . As well as fixing my sink tap - re looked at front door - great service !

Been having ongoing issues with getting the snagging list sorted from when we purchased the van 2 1/2 years ago. Contacted Victory via the website to enquire who we could talk to as having no joy with the site and within 24hrs had a phone call from Keith to go through the problems.
He visited this morning with Andy and straight away 3 of the problems rectified there and then. Another 2 are having the bits ordered and Keith is going to look into what can be done about the 2 towel radiators.
Pleasent guys and a great help 👍🏼

Recently bought a liberte lodge from victory , had a couple of minor issues ,Steve from victory came and sorted them within a week , absolutely brilliant service from victory , and Steve was excellent with his work and tidiness, nothing was to much bother 5* service 👍

The Engineer that arrived to fix the problem was absolutely amazing
Lewis Hill was polite accommodating
And did a first class job
And that's why I am leaving a 5 star review
But victory leisure homes
Are very poor at communicating with the customer
If not for the Fantastic work done on the day by lewis hill
I would not be leaving 5 stars

Had issues with clips that hold doors.open ...I contacted Victory and dealt with Scot Redford ..Scott was great and new clips on there way to me...1st class customer service

We purchased a Lakewood Lodge at the end of December 2024. There were a number of issues which arose. Victory sent out an engineer a few weeks ago who said they had completed the snagging. Apart from a couple of items, nothing was repaired.

Roll on to yesterday when Juris arrived from Victory. This engineer was a delight. He was professional, knowledgeable, repaired what he could and referred us back to the portal for things he couldn't repair at this visit. He was a clean & tidy worker. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He is a credit to the company.

Both Keith and Andy were fantastic. Everything we asked for was done speedily and with a smile

Just wanted to say thanks to both Keith and Andy for their prompt assistance. Andy called to see us this week at St Minver and as previous he was very helpful friendly and very thorough in his approach so far it’s been a pleasure to work with Victory.

Kenny came today and fixed my kitchen tap. Yay! Very pleasant and helpful. Clean and tidy job. Wish all tradesmen were like him! 👍😁

Paul and Rhys did a great job they were on time cleaned up after the job was done polite and friendly would definitely recommend them.

We recently purchased a new Victory lodge, after transport, there are always a few minor jobs to be done, today Paul arrived to carry out the work,Paul was professional,polite and friendly, he put protection down on our carpets, and adjusted the doors, replaced some screw covers that were broken, our doors are now spot on, no more draughts!!
