I bought a large Victorinox suitcase about 12 years ago in NYC and it has traveled around the world with me since then, taking 8 to 10 international flights a year. A couple of months ago a tyre came off one of the wheels. It still worked OK but the noise was super loud and just embarrassing. With an hour to spare in Geneva last week I dropped into the Victorinox store and asked if they could help. The staff there told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. In the end they changed all 4 wheels and didn’t charge me. I have to give Victorinox 5 out of 5 for lasting quality and for customer service. A big shout out goes to Glenn and the lovely lady who changed the wheels for me in super quick time (I am so sorry that I didn’t get your name).
I have three Victorinox knives, the Waiter, Rambler? and the Army version of the Outrider. Have had them since the early 90s. My son has 'inherited' the waiter and suspect his children will in future. A testament to the excellent build quality. The Outride blade had become stuck over the years would not fit properly. Took it to Oxford street & a very kind gentleman "Fardin" helped me fill in the warranty forms. The knife came back after only a few weeks. I know the blade was nicked but they replaced it with a new one. Infact even the plastic toothpick looked new. My bad writing they could not contact me via email or phone (as I was traveling) However "Abel" another fine chap responded & coordinated the return of my sentimental knife. He was very courteous and professional in his emails. Definitely will engrave & gift these penknives to friend & family when next in London.
Unbelievably brilliant customer service! Ive used their excellent Swiss Army Knives for years ... replacing them on occasions (left my first one beside a fire I had just laid resulting in a melted disaster, and snapped the pliers on the next being too forceful).
Didn't realise they offered repair service for very nominal charge ... have now had both of these knives repaired for more of less postage cost! Bravo Victorinox ... an example to all companies.

Had two very very old penknives one was over 30yrs old which had a snapped end of a blade had no plastic outercase the other penknife was again a very old Venga. Neither penknives could easily be opened without the use of pliers. Took both items to the flagship store and gave them in to serviced. My main question was if it was worth financially doing so or would I be better off just buying a new replacement. On entering the store I was immediately welcomed and greeted, asking how I could be helped? On explaining my quandary I was asked to go upstairs. On doing so I was met by a young man who was very helpful and friendly by the name of “Abel”. He told me that the Victorinox penknife was able to be completely repaired as new and asked what colour handle would I like on the refurbished penknife! Unfortunately he told me that they may not be able to save the venga one due to its age and that Victorinox had only bought that company a few years ago. However he said he would submit both to be refurbished and would see what would happen. I explained whether it was worth getting both serviced or should I just buy newer ones if the charges were almost the same ? He assured me that price would be far lower and that if there were going to be any issues he would contact me first. A few weeks later Abel called to say that they would fully service and refurbish the Victorinox penknife but were unable to do the same with the venga however he had been authorised to offer me the Victorinox version of the Venga at a heavily reduced price instead. Very impressed with the way Victorinox and especially Abel dealt with me. My old penknife looked absolutely amazing. My only regret was that a month earlier I had thrown away in the recycling another damaged rusty penknife. If only I had known then what I now knew.

I'm a loyal customer from travel luggage to backpacks ending with watches. Some over 12 years old. To date just 1 pack of wheels (super intense use) and a shoulder pad (also many years old. Don't remember even when I bought). Products acquired form Portugal, to Panama or USA. All of them great ( not cheap but worth any $). BUT, the difference not the products( I also have other renamed brands) rather the customer service. Simply the BESSSTTTT!!! WELL DONE!! INDEED!!!

They look literally good as new!

Purchased as £350 backpack 5 days ago. No clue where it is, and even DHL said they have not had a collection request.

I have received my Explorer pocket knife back from victorinox service after being modified, the service is 100% first class with good communication and prices all the work is carried out at victorinox in Switzerland, top quality no surprises unlike many other companies who have subcontractors that do repairs/modifications and charge high prices for no allway good quality, l really would recommend victorinox for there top quality service very rare nowadays in the Chinese domain low cost poor quality market that seem to be taking over the world.

I sent in a pocket a knife that I regulary use for outdoor and camping trips after one of the parts broke. The repair proccess was sntraightforward, the price was resonable, and the turnaround time was very fast. When the knife was returned, it had not only been repaired but also cleaned, lubricated, sharpened, and polished.

Having owned various Swiss Army knives for over fifty years, I recently returned one of my Swiss champs for a replacement magnifying lens! My knife was promptly returned fully repaired. The knife has also been fully cleaned, serviced with new scales & looks like new. This knife was bought as a present for my 50th birthday by my daughter with the main blade engraved & is extremely valuable to me. Brilliant service & as reliable as their knives

When my friend to whom I had given a Victorinox "Champ" some twenty years ago confessed that he had not really treated it very well and showed me the extent of the damage he had managed to infilct upon it I was quite shocked as I had a "Champ" of the same vintage that was still virtually mint.
I resolved to see if his could be refurbished. Victorinox Service peeps were amazing. All I had to do was send it to them and they would see what they could do. Four weeks later the knife was returned. It was in almost new condition wirth all the damaged an broken blades, saw etc replaced. The scales were new too but they even returned the one that had been personalised in case there was some sentimental value to it.
The Invoice ..... I was expecting it to be of trans-European proportions but the Service team wrote 99% of the cost under guarantee! The only cost to the customer was about £6.50 to cover the postage.
It is not often that we get anything like this level of customer service. I was really very impressed and my friend was exstatic!

I’ve had a Victorinox Swiss Champ for close to 30 years. About a year ago, one of the plier jaws snapped. Given its age, I wasn’t upset. I figured it had earned its keep and started looking for a replacement.
While browsing the Victorinox website, I came across their warranty information and thought, why not try and sent the knife off more in hope than expectation.
It came back, fully repaired and serviced, at no cost whatsoever not even for return postage.
Truly outstanding service from Victorinox, and I am extremely happy. Many thanks.

Placed an order via their website on December 30th. Website claims order placed before 2pm are despatch the same day.
My order still shows as pending on the website, I have contacted customer service online via the website but haven't received a reply.
I am concerned that Victorinox have taken my money but have no intention of fulfilling the order.
It looks like I will have to contact my card provider to resolve this and get the payment reversed.
I would advise not to purchase from this company!

Well, I think five stars are the standard rating for Victorinox! What a brand and what a customer service! Is it expensive? Yeah, but you are always sure a Gold-standard warranty backs their product! They replaced my 10-year-old luggage wheels for free without asking any questions.
