This is a company i will neverbiy from again first they sent me the wrong colour when i asked to return it they mailed me & said i have to pay to return by registered post & they would refund me cost me £14 which they now refuse to refund & took 2mth of me constsntly mailing them to get product price returned rip off merchants

Where do I start? Ordered a double 100% cotton duvet set from this company via Wowcher. It arrived Thursday but said on the package label "duvet cover" so, opened straightaway to find no pillow cases. Got in touch with Wowcher to be told to contact the seller. I emailed Thursday and heard nothing. Emailed them Tuesday and again today, Wednesday only to receive a response: "Hi, We can’t do much about it as they put on this listing by error with the wrong description. This duvet cover doesn’t include any pillow case. Regards"

This may sound petty but I will be taking this to Trading Standards as the advertisement still says "duvet set" and bad businesses can not be allowed to take our money.

The colour is beautiful, goes well with my bedroom theme.
The material is very soft. Easy to wash and care.

I must say this is the first ever bad review I have given but I felt that I just had to tell other people about this terrible company I purchased a throw from them which was not quite right so I sent it back for a refund on the 14 of April 2021 which I am still waiting for I have tried contacting them with no joy so I tried going through PayPal but they ruled in this useless firm’s favour because this firm didn’t bother to check the tracking number which says the parcel was delivered on the 14 th of April 21 so if I was you I would avoid buying anything from this company at all cost

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
After ordering a toilet set from this company I never received it, I was told to ask my neighbours which was hysterical as I am disable and can’t chap 40 doors.
Was then told to raise a complaint with Royal Mail hysterical again.I thought this was there job to do.
I managed to get my daughter to chap doors and ask that was embarrassing.
SO I HAVE TOLD THEM TO KEEP THE MONEY AND ENJOY THE PRODUCT IF IT WAS EVEN EVER SENT!!!!

I ordered a product from Victoria Home Living via Wowcher. The wrong product was sent. They are impossible to get hold of, have no phone number and only an email address. I have sent numerous emails over the last three weeks to explain that the wrong product had been received and I would be happy to return the product received so the correct product could be sent out to me. I acknowledged this could simply have been a mistake because the documentation inside the package referred to the correct product. I sent various photos of what I had received compared to the order placed etc.

I have not received a response to any of the emails despite chasing. I would not order from them. I will also report to Wowcher so no one else has to experience this.

Do not buy from this company, never received my order and they refuse to help so will need to take up with PayPal .

Made my first ever order via wowcher on 26/01/21 – what a nightmare!
I was sent the wrong item and immediately emailed VHL on 03/02/21. They told me on 05/02/21 that they were sending me out the correct one that day. Later that night they old me they had LIED to me and had not sent it at all! I returned the item. Then they told me on 08/02/21 they would send me a refund which they did not do so they lied AGAIN! I then made a complaint and was told on 10/02/21 that they had “resolved the issue” and had “issued me a full refund and would also send me the correct item as well as this” refund still is not showing in my paypal 2 days later so I emailed them today and guess what… they said I have to contact wowcher to issue me a refund because apparently they “don’t have access to let them make refunds” so they had LIED TO ME AGAIN!!!! This company have lied to me in writing multiple times and stolen my money!! Is this website a scam or something?? Why is nobody sorting this out?? YOU OWE ME £23.98 AND THE PROPER ITEM AS I WAS PROMISED IN WRITING IN THE EMAIL DATED 10/02/21. You have had my money for nearly 2 weeks and I have spent hours dealing with this and it is just incredible that you can lie so many times to a customer in writing and not sort it out!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. BE WARNED!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY, LIE TO YOU AND IGNORE YOU!!!!!

Do not use this seller on eBay. I purchased 3 x grey throws for my newly decorated lounge. After just one month of use they are coming unstitched and look really tatty. Seller did not offer a replacement. Basically it’s tough luck!! Such poor quality

I've been trying to get the part of my order that was missing! without success, I am disgusted to think that customers dealing with THIS COMPANY can be fogged of with excuses, the cost to me is just under £20 I am an OAP and cannot afford this type of scam

Stay clear they are incompident and send anything out thinking you don't know what you order. Contact is non existent,they should not be allowed operate as a business show obvious signs of scam

Really poor experience. No answer on contact telephone number and no replies to emails. Never received my purchase. Avoid at all cost.
