I was a bit dubious about buying a bed off a company on facebook but so glad I did i love my bed would def buy again

Had to pay for a sample fabric swatch, which every other bed company seems happy to do for free. Didn't really mind as it's worth a few quid to be sure it would match the other furniture. A week later no sample had arrived so I sent them an email. No response. A few days later, having still not received my sample or a response to my email, I contacted them via WhatsApp and was told the sample would be with me by the end of the following week. I said forget it, I want cancel the order and was told it had already been posted. Another week and a half has now passed (3 weeks since ordering the sample) and still nothing has arrived. Suffice to say I won't be ordering a bed from here even in the unlikely event that the sample does materialise.

AVOID! Scam artists, bed was faulty, extremely poor quality, and not as described. And they refuse a refund or exchange. Should have known when they said cash on collection!!!

Our bed is amazing very comfortable and the quality is great it feels like luxury on the headboard and with the diamonds also makes it look like Iv spent much much more . Great value for money I would definitely order from you guys again

Bought beds of different companies and they were absolutely rubbish. Came across Victoria beds ordered a king size bed. Im absolutely in love with it. Its solid not flimsy like others and looks so nice.

The bed is fantastic quality, & great value for money!!!! Had it a few months now, extremely comfortable & no problems. Delivery guys were great too, I wanted a few things altering and everything I asked for was done!!!! Brilliant service from start to finish!!!!

Amazing service! I ordered the emerald green king size bed. It came so quick and delivered with care! The quality is unmatched! It’s 10/10 and for the price too it’s amazing! Will definitely be back in the future when we need more new beds! Thank you once again!

I’m usually quite sceptical to try new companies but after hearing good things, I decided to give Victoria Beds a try. Their customer service for ordering was quick, efficient and always very helpful. The ordering to delivery process took around 5 days and we are very impressed with our bed. It looks divine and was very easy to assemble. The mattress is comfortable and we have already decided we will be coming back to Victoria Beds to upgrade our other rooms!

I absolutely love my bed. Is one of the best investments I made. The service, the delivery is top. Thank you looking forward to buy my kids ones. My family was visiting me and the most admired part of my house was my room for the elegance and comfort of my bed.

Our bed was able to be fully customized by us. It was excellent value for money including our very comfortable mattress. The ottoman feature provides ample storage. We were very happy with our purchase and will definitely use this company again once our son transitions from cot to bed!

I have always avoided buying off the internet when i cant see or touch what im buying. But this experience from start to delivery was perfect. I asked if we could alter the headboard size and was accomodated immediatley. The delivery was smooth, the ambassodor bed is luxurious and i would recommend to all. Five star communication and product.

Great company and fast delivery! I had bought 4 beds from them 2 king and 2 superking beds.We love the quality and definitely we gonna buy all the time from them as the price quality ratio is amazing !Affordable luxury beds ,not in another store where you need to spent thousands.Great job and kept it like this🙏

Excellent bed and mattress, had for 1 year now and still in mint condition. Price was extremely competitive especially for the quality of the bed. Communication was brilliant and the bed was promptly delivered on the day/time arranged. We paid cash on delivery. Absolutely nothing bad to say here, we will definitely be using this company in future!
