Great irons! Ordered for my wife and she loves them and how they are customized just for her! She also picked up 10-15 yards per club!

I ordered 40 cases of tour golf balls with a custom logo. They shipped out 40 cases of drive balls instead.
I have been emailing Customer Service for 3 1/2 weeks and have no resolution yet and no one has called me to let me know what can be done. I am a very dissatisfied customer. I have used you guys for four years in a row for my charity golf tournament, and I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. Nick-Cavallo.

Great if everything goes well. If on the other hand things don’t, you have no chance of resolving.
They have no contact telephone number, and you can only email where you get no response. Fingers crossed, all goes well.

Great price for quality golf balls combined with excellent customer service.

Ordered clubs and eventually received a message saying that they had been despatched and gave me a Fedex tracking reference, they didn't arrive on the date specified on the Fedex tracking and appeared to just be stuck in transit. I queried with Customer service emailed address and still had no response 48hrs later, so know idea if and when my clubs will be delivered. Very frustrating didn't arrive on the day specified as I has worked from home that day to avoid missing the delivery.

I found a Vice golf ball on the course and started playing it, well that was 4 rounds ago and I still have the ball. I was so impressed with the ball that I ordered 3 dozen of the Pro Air and received them with no problems.

Quick shipping and an excellent golfball. Great feel and more distance than the Taylormade I was hitting.

I am always very happy with the products and service from Vice. From golf balls to apparel, the quality and value are excellent.

Terrible customer service. My clubs have been stuck at customs twice not because of missing commercial documentations. VICE just says my product was delivered but it clearly states it isn't. No one replies to emails and there is no customer service number that I can find on the website. Missing precious Canadian summer golfing. I would leave months for your clubs to arrive.

pro-v1 To the VICE PRO ! And I was very impressed with the results.. with the response from tee to green .. I’m short game spin in so perfect with the ball , and happy with the tee ball and feel also ..

overal good. Had to wait longer for shipping due to tariffs. I get that. the issue was an offer for free balls on my next purchase. you didn't honor that because I was purchasing the 5/1 deal. Honestly if you just communicated the late shipping and didn't offer the free balls you wouldn't honor, I would've given 5 stars. Back and forth emails with customer service just to hear you won't honor the gift didn't help!

Good product at a good price. My order shipped in 2 shipments but worth the wait. I ordered 3 different colors of balls. They are all awesome and very easy to see. (not sure why more people don’t use high visibility balls as they are so easily identifiable)

Vice Golf has excellent website. Easy to use. Good notifications from Vice about purchase and shipping.
The only downside was courier FedEx who claimed they deliver in U.K. on a day when the package was still in Germany. FedEx delivered 4 days later
