Customer service very unhelpful.

The socks are expensive and dont fit as advertised. They stretch so badly that they are see through, then roll down. Do not buy them

The order was delivered very quickly and the entire ordering process was quick and easy. I ordered basic black ankle compression socks as my elder brother had ulcers on his calves from the swelling. He wore the socks for just one day and the next morning, his feet were back to normal size and the swelling in his calves had decreased dramatically! I was so surprised at how quickly these helped as the swelling had been there for weeks and the wraps the hospital recommended did very little. The ankle compression socks are very comfortable and have been quite durable so far. Yes, the socks are pricey, but with these results, they are more than worth the cost.

I really have enjoyed viasox and have made a few purchases before. These socks are great!! They have really helped me and have reduced a lot of pain I’m glad I found them!
But my most recent purchase the wrong Socks were ordered and it was difficult to figure out that the “diabetic socks” were renamed to “easy stretch”. The socks are not all diabetic there are compression and stretch ones. It was very confusing!
I ordered multiple socks and packages but am unable to return or wear any of them because of the NO return policy. Which honestly if they are still packaged and the box just opened I don’t see the issue of exchanging for the correct fit.
SO JUST BE AWARE THAT EVERYTHING IS PERFECTLY CORRECT BEFORE SPENDING MONEY OR JUST ORDER ONE PAIR UNTIL YOU KNOW THEY ARE THE CORRECT SIZE/style.

What a scam. If there is ANY problem with your order, you CANNOT RETURN IT OR GET A REFUND. I ordered compression socks one size LARGER than what their size guidelines said to order, all to ensure there would be no issues with tightness. Could barely get them on my foot. They were so tight — unusable. Best business model ever — sell a product that, even if it does not meet any of what was advertised about it, you don’t have to give refunds. These socks are not soft, the compression is not “mild”, and even if you follow THEIR SIZE/ORDERING GUIDELINES you will end up with something that may not fit. Maybe this was a quality control issue? Won’t know because they absolve themselves of ALL responsibility. They say “we’re here for you” if you have a problem with your order. REALLY???? All they will say is “sorry, due to the “sensitive nature” of our product, we can’t accept returns or do refunds”. That is NOT how a reputable company handles consumer complaints. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Have you looked at their responses to other consumer complaints? All sound like some AI Bot generated the responses, vs an actual human being — carefully crafted awkward wording with no human touch whatsoever. This is NOT a company that cares about the people they sell to. If I could have given ZERO stars I would have done so.

CASE IN POINT: Look at the response to my review posted today. This is NOT a human replying. This is an AI Bot with the SAME CANNED "We're so sorry" MESSAGE that they send to EVERY SINGLE PERSON registering a complaint. There are a few variations of the response, but they are essentially the same, with the same complete and utter lack of human touch to it. THIS COMPANY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT MAKING THEIR POLICIES CLEARER SO THAT FRUSTRATIONS LIKE MINE COULD BE AVOIDED. Like I said -- the absolute PERFECT BUSINESS SCAM: They sell a product, promise to stand behind it, then tell you afterwards there are no refunds when there is a problem. They keep the money REGARDLESS of whether or not their product lived up to what they claimed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They do not stay up very well. I bought them to wear to work, but the more I walk (which isn't a lot) they keep inching down and it's uncomfortable. Purchased Feb 7, 2026. First and last day I wore them to work Feb 21, 2026. Sometimes they roll. The top needs to be thicker. They are nice and soft.

UPDATE: Viasox has resolved the situation and they sent me a replacement pair of socks. They responded promptly and I received the socks today. Therefore I want to commend them for their response and willingness to work with me in good faith. I withdraw my previously negative review. And the socks are great.

THIS "STORE" DOES NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR GIVE REFUNDS. TERRIBLE PRODUCT AT A CRAZY INFLATED PRICE. BOTTOM LINE... DONT BUY THEM. THEY SUCK.

Horrible! Scammed and duped out of $68! So mad…no refunds!? Dude you can return a bathing suit to Target or Costco give me a break!

The delivery was great, the socks not so much. These ankle compression socks do absolutely nothing for any swelling. A huge waste of money.

I wish I could buy these compression socks . They are so colourful and fun but unfortunately I need 20/30 compression. These socks are not strong enough for me.

I recently purchased six pairs of compression socks from Viasox—three knee-high in beautiful, fun patterns and three classic ankle compression socks—and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis in both feet, and these socks have truly made a difference. They’ve helped reduce my pain and improved circulation in my legs, which is essential since I’m on my feet for 10 to 12 hours a day.

Not only are they incredibly supportive and comfortable, but the quality and designs are fantastic as well.

I would greatly recommend these compression socks to anyone dealing with foot pain, circulation issues, or anyone who stands for long hours.

They have been a game changer for me!

I ordered $95 worth of socks. Realized they wouldn’t fit & tried to return. The website that comes up after purchase said they want the customer satisfied, quick & easy returns, etc. Only contact is leaving a voicemail or sending an email. Very slow to respond. They have a no return policy that is buried in the website footer. Would NOT recommend!

5 stars for Designs, 4 for Comfort, 3 for Customer Support, 2 for Execution and 1 for False Advertising. Here's what I think is happening, from a sociology of business standpoint and as a business owner myself. They are releasing new socks every week! They can't keep up, because they're only ordering a small amount of socks for each design. Whatever inventory program they're using, it isn't working well, because sometimes they run out of socks, but they say they're still in stock, and then your order will go unfulfilled for weeks! If I'm buying something, I want it within the same month, I don't want to have nothing to show for it, especially when these socks are often holiday based. Also, so many people are living paycheck to paycheck. I have one order that's been unfulfilled for 6 weeks and it came out of my bank account! What about having print on demand socks so there's no risk and everyone can get the socks they want! When they sell out of socks and you've technically bought them and the orders go unfulfilled for so long, I think they're ordering more of that design for the people who thought they ordered them in time. Last year, they sent out the wrong socks to people and it took me MONTHS to get the socks that I paid for. Again, they were probably getting them printed again. I also signed up for their VIP status, they claim faster customer service (have not found that to be true) early release socks (also have not found that to be true) and credits (only thing that's working). If you're promising these perks and not following through with them, that's false advertising. I will not be renewing that next year. Also, I've noticed that they'll send an email on the day the socks get released and then a couple hours later say they're selling out fast. Gimmick or truth? Typical tactic either way.

These are lousy Sox I have about 15 pairs and bought the largest size. My husband wears 2 size smaller and they barely fit him

These do not offer good compression. They are barely snug. If you need compression for work, I recommend Sockwell. Yes, a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. These are cute, but not compression.

I bought 2 pair of the crew-style easy stretch socks. They didn't stay up well, and the material easily catches on dry skin. I didn't feel any compression at all.

I ordered 10 pair of black easy stretch socks, I received 5 easy stretch and 5 compression. One other time I received the wild colored ones that kids and women wear. This the second time my order has been wrong. I am so done
