This company started good and turned scammers
This company started good a while ago and now they say they only ship to the US and that's because they scamming us. They take your payment and never send your order Then what they do is start linking the emails of all the people that are complaining in a chain email so all of us get each other's email about not receiving not receiving our order I guess this is their insult to injury. This place is now scamming people do not order I repeat do not order from this place you will not get your order and you will lose your money. They may even go as far as sending you an airbill but when you look up the airbill it will say no information available.

I think I may have been ripped off. I was hesitant to order from a company outside the US but took a chance since they seemed to have a very professional site and order process. But after ordering and quickly receiving an order confirmation, I've gotten nothing else. I paid $30 for shipping and I've gotten no notice that they've shipped or are even preparing the order. And customer service hasn't responded to my emails. I would be very cautious with this company.

I've been using Vianacare since April 2020. I've made 4 orders from vianacare, all arrived as described. Excellent customer service, they promptly resolved a quality issue I had with a product and sent me a replacement, even covered the shipping costs. I am devastated that they are currently not shipping to Canada. I plan on using Vianacare again when they reopen global shipping. I was not compensated or offered a discount in any form in exchange for this review.

My Items came extremely HOT when I question them by email I received a response that its ok to use when some of the items need to be refrigerated and I will be injecting them in my BODY! This is by far the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. I am waiting for a response about sending the items back and all I get is that I will have to pay for the cost of shipping back when clearly the items in question came HOT which means damaged as they needed to be COLD. I will never be buying from this company again and I will not be referring them!! I though because many people on YOUTUBE promote them that they are good but they are NOT. All I asked for was to return the items.

Customer service is great. I didn’t get the attachments in the box when I received my BB glow order, then I contacted customer service and they agree to ship it to me for free and also offer to ship anything I like to purchase free of charge, so I ordered a numbing cream this time, which is free shipping with the attachments for the BB glow. Very satisfied with their resolution!

Very frustrated (do not order) **UPDATE**
Very frustrated. It's been about 3 days since i placed and ordered my items and i have not gotten a confirmation email or receipt for my purchase. Ive sent several emails to Customer Service and It seems as if there is no Reps to handle customer issues or concerns!!! I really hope i get my order or my money back. No Stars if it were possible!!!
**UPDATE**
So I received my order on the 25th of June. Everything got delivered in perfect shape. The packages were very well wrapped for protection.
I apologize if I was rude but, it would really help if a confirmation or a receipt was sent right after paying for the product. I hadnt received either and it took days to get ahold of someone due to it being a weekend. Product is great and so is customer service once they contact you. Updating my stars!!

My order was lost in the mail system
My order was lost in the mail system, or delivered to another home. I worked with Elena, at Vianacare, through all the details, as we both worked through the issue. Although I was disappointed that my product was lost, Elena sent me an email stating that a new one is on the way. In a difficult situation, Vianacare came through with their customer service. My suggestion to anyone who encounters an unforseen incident should get with customer services immediately. This is twice I have shopped with Vianacare, and highly recommend their products and services.
