Viamonda Disappoints
Due to strikes at the Frankfurt airport, our flight was delayed for 36 hours. For a week's vacation, we essentially lost 2 days of the trip. Viamonda was not prepared to accommodate the lost time, either financially, offering an upgrade or with a credit for later travel. In addition, our travel schedule included a lunch which we did not receive. ("Tag 6 20. Mär 2022-Inklusive Frühstück und Mittagessen"). Given the current demanding travel situation, one would expect some flexibility. After this experience we will not utilise this travel service in the future.
