Horrific experience for work permit…
Horrific experience for work permit twice
Unfortunately I had no other choice rather than working with them since my company had a contract with them. The first work permit tier 2 application they gave me a nightmare. Constant delays and chasings all the time. For the second time these delays became so horrific that I decided to withdraw from their service. They literally ignored me for 3 weeks when the application I filled only needed to be reviewed and submitted. A process that would take roughly 1 hour to do so. The reason people approach you is no frustration. Sometimes these tasks don't even have a complexity, so you defeated the purpose twice and all I had was frustration, time wasted without an apology or a reason being given.

Terrible experience filing tax returns (SARP and AVC) through Vialto partners
My employer has a tie up with Vialto partners for filing tax returns in the first year of being a new employee transfer in Ireland. I am disappointed to share that i still haven't gotten funds I claimed as returns for my 2021 Tax returns!! First they FORGOT to file my return on time despite filling their form early 2022, then they caused delays, didn't check the documents I submitted properly, calculated AVC AND SARP returns wrongly which I caught (!!). Then eventually once it was submitted, the return got declined by revenue due to wrong AVC certificate format which Vialto never questioned me about while going through my submitted documents. Now they filed it a second time 1 month ago and I still don't have my funds. Employers need to carefully evaluate if they can trust Vialto partners with their employees' returns as their work and delays have already caused me mental stress and a severe cash crunch.
