I bought a lap top from Carrefour Torrevieja a few days ago. I paid for it in cash. The only computers in the shop are ones on display and the cashier went off the shop floor to get mine. Everything was fine until I walked out of the shop. I had the box in my ruck sack and it wouldn´t fit all the way in. I got outside and was walking away when I was called by 2 security guards who were sitting outside the front door. I had to show them my receipt which was scanned. I found this totally embarrassing and never experienced before. You should look internally at who the thieves in this country are. It´s been riding on a rate of corruption of 55% for at least 50 years. In my opinion it´s more like 99.9%. What a disgusting way to treat your customers. I´ll never go back in there again.

We live in Madrid, and every year take advantage of the holidays offered by the Comunidad de Madrid. We have always enjoyed these holidays, until now!

We booked a short holiday to Napoli through Carrefour, instead of booking through Corte Ingles as normal.

In order to save money, the tour operator used the cheapest flights, we had to get up at 4.00 in the morning, and coming back it was a cheap late night flight - we didn't get home till nearly midnight.

The meals were terrible both in the hotel and the restaurants. We were in a group of 43 persons and there was no choice just unappetizing mass produced food which had been prepared on a low budget. Needless to say the budgeted meals did not include any beer or wine.

The hotel was the usual Italian over rated 4 stars, way outside of Naples. It only had one slow lift, and seeing 43 people waiting and waiting for the lift, I
I gave up and used the stairs to the third floor, carrying two suitcases. I am 82, and no hotel staff were available to help.

We do not intend to book any further holidays through Carrefour and cannot recommend at all

On 23 June I purchased a 200€ pergola from Carrefour in Elche Spain. I paid 29€ for delivery, order confirmed and delivery confirmed for 25-30 June. Bu the 30th no delivery, I tried to contact them as I was returning to England on 2 July. Website and emails contacted, no replies. I am now back in England, the pergola still hasn't been delivered, there's been no contact, no refund. Website still says delivery on 30 June.
