We booked a round trip from Berlin to LA with them which was cancelled on their side.
This was a year ago. We got refunded part of the trip but we are still waiting for them to return us 400 euros, even though we’ve contacted them multiple times.

i always used to viajar.com because they provided excellent prices but recently i was unable to book through them as they not taking any payment; i attempted 5 cards and noone of them works and i called them over phone but in vain.
