Avoid at all costs. Impossible to contact, won't send invoices despite taking payments via direct debit, and then randomly turn off servers claiming that bills have not been paid. Absolutely shocking service.

Asbolutely horrendous service ever since they were taken over by The Hut Group. All the staff who knew what they were doing seem to have left.
Our server is continually being switched off with zero warning for a billing issue they admit they have on their own systems. This happens repeatedly and they have still got no idea how to fix it several weeks later.
Avoid at all costs.

This company is garbage. I have been trying to change my billing info for over a month. Several calls to the "HOLD" line and never got through. Try calling them you will see.
