very expensive for what they do

If you want the medication without leaving the house, this is an option. You lose weight as the medication decreases hunger. But it’s very expensive and don’t expect any guidance. I followed the program for 1,5 year. IT or admin issues continued to exist during this period, for example they always mix up the dosage upon program renewal, just received an email that my program is finished while I have 1 month to go. I started with the full package including a teams session with the diëtist but the info received was nothing you do not already know, its generalist and not tailored to you as a client. You provide weekly updates about your weight etc but no one ever responds, so it seems mainly data collection. In short I would not recommend. There are cheaper and equally safe ways to get the injections.

This is absolutely not the experience we aim to provide. Over the past year we’ve been working hard on improving our systems and communication flow, but it’s clear from your review that you did not consistently feel the benefit of those improvements.

Regarding the weekly check-ins: these are meant to support our monitoring of your progress and to help identify when medical follow-up is needed. You should always feel heard, and we are sorry if this did not come across for you.

The issues with dosage mix-ups and the incorrect program-ending notification should not have happened, and we will look into this with our team to prevent it from happening again.

We appreciate your honesty and respect your perspective. Even though you wouldn’t recommend us based on your experience, we want you to know that your feedback is taken seriously and will help us improve the service for current and future clients.

Progress!

So far I lost 5 kilos in 3 weeks . The only exercise I am doing is taking long walks, it is the only exercise that I can do at this moment. I cut refine sugar, just little changes and I see progress!

Great and friendly support team

Great and friendly support team. The delivery worked out, but only is on Wednesday. And I recognized the impact and lost some weight in the first weeks. I am happy with the results.

just asking for invoice so i can w…

just asking for invoice so i can show it to my GP that I used ozempic before. but instead giving my invoice they create a new invoice with amount that I need to pay and i don't agreed on. try to email them few times, i got ignore no reply at.
