Outstanding Trainer for LBT, Piloxing, and Pilates!

I have been training with Viv for 3 years and I can confidently say she is one of the best fitness instructors I’ve ever had. Her classes are always dynamic, challenging, and tailored to all fitness levels, making everyone feel welcome and motivated.

Her expertise in LBT (Legs, Bums, and Tums), Piloxing, and Pilates is evident in the way she designs her workouts. She combines technical knowledge with an engaging personality, which keeps the sessions not only effective but also fun.

What sets Viv apart is her ability to provide clear instructions and modifications for different abilities. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, she ensures you get the most out of every class while maintaining proper form and avoiding injuries.

Her energy and enthusiasm are contagious, and she genuinely cares about her clients’ progress and well-being. Thanks to her, I’ve seen significant improvements in my strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.

I highly recommend Viv to anyone looking for a skilled and supportive trainer who can help you reach your fitness goals.

Not a better way to start your day with a class from Viv! Viv is a true professional and highly knowledgeable about what she teaches. She motivates you to push yourself and at the same time takes your capabilities into account. We work hard in her class, we sweat, we laugh and we dance in between :-) Lovely international welcoming environment. I have tried 5 different classes and was never disappointed.
