Be careful when ordering on Vevor

If you order anything on vevor then prepare yourself for zero chance of returning it if arrived damaged. Vevor will do absolutely nothing about returning a defective items instead they will turn you into a service center working for them to repair your own ordered damaged items.
I recently ordered a 50L aire compressor and when I received it the package was badly damaged and the pressure switch and guage are broken. To me these things can happen and it did happen in the past which is normal because the seller immediately asks to return the item and choose between replacement or refund. But not with vevor, when I reported the damage it took 4 days back and forth messages with photos and so on to finally get the most ridiculous solution.
"We have already reached out to the technical team to arrange the shipment of the accessory for you.
We estimate that you will receive the specific tracking number and logistics provider information within 10-15 days. (Because the parts need to be transported from overseas warehouses to our warehouse, it takes a relatively long time. But we will definitely send it as soon as possible)"
So they assumed that I am willing to repair the defective item and no problem to wait for God knows how many weeks to receive the new parts.
In my view any respected company who cares about its clients and reputation will never do that, instead they will ask for returning the product and send a new one immediately.

SHAMEFUL SERVICE: Broken lathe (Pottery Wheel), and illegal "solutions"

I am extremely angry with VEVOR. I bought a lathe that arrived on December 29th and it has been broken and unusable since day one. Fire is visible in the engine; I can't start it because it's too dangerous

Their only "solution" is to send me a spare motor and a video for ME to repair it myself. This is illegal under EU Consumer Law! I am a customer, not a professional technician. Expecting a customer to perform dangerous mechanical and electrical repairs on a brand-new machine is negligent and unacceptable.

I live in the Canary Islands, and they are clearly trying to avoid the shipping costs of a return by ignoring my legal rights to a full replacement.

DO NOT BUY from this company if you expect a working product or professional customer service. I demand a NEW replacement or a FULL refund immediately.

VERGONZOSO: Torno roto y pretenden que lo arregle yo enviándome un motor.

Estoy indignada con VEVOR. Compré un torno que llegó el 29 de diciembre y está estropeado desde el primer día. No he podido usarlo ni una sola vez. Al encenderlo huele a quemado y se ve fuego en el motor.

La única solución que me ofrecen es enviarme un motor y un vídeo para que yo misma lo cambie. Es una propuesta ilegal según la Ley de Consumidores de la UE. Soy una cliente, no un servicio técnico. Pretender que el usuario manipule maquinaria eléctrica peligrosa es una negligencia total.

Además, como estoy en Canarias, están intentando ahorrarse los costes de envío ignorando mis derechos legales a una sustitución por un producto nuevo. Llevo casi un mes con una máquina rota.

NO COMPRÉIS aquí si esperáis que se respete la garantía. Exijo la sustitución inmediata por un torno nuevo o la devolución de mi dinero, con los portes que pagué para recibirlo.

Product states delivered

Product states delivered. Reality is the went to deliver and took package away. Have not replied to on line help. Can't get a refund.

a complete disaster

this company is not trustable i did an order on 10 december and after 2 weeks anybody knows where is the parcel!! Yesterday they told me that they will resend again. Today they are telling me that is arriving but in dhl tracking it is mention that is in preparation in germany. Today they are telling me that i should wait more and they will make me a discount of 30 euros!!! anybody knows where is the parcel and one day to another they change the solution but at then end after 2 weeks of ordering i dont have the tool. Initially dhl tracking mention that box was on delivery to my place suddenly this dissapear and i don't know of who is the problem because vevor doesn't explain clearly!!! in any case if it is a mistake of dhl and dhl has losted they should send another but one day they say they resend and another day they say wait is arriving but no confirmation!!

Great products, bad after sales service

Great products, but when it goes wrong, you are left dealing with a system that does not work and left with having to replace the product from elsewhere because they do not seem to care about after-sales service
