I bought a dog boot and they got in touch to check if I’d got the right size. Said it was for my poorly dog and checked back a few days later to see how he was doing. Couldn’t recommend them enough

I ordered dry pet food . I found what I was looking for on the web site, in the (small) size I needed and with next day delivery (extra cost). I wasn’t sure if the order had been received but sure enough my order did arrive the n xt day.

I'm very happy with my purchase. I ordered a 12kg bag of Harrington biscuits. The price is the best out there. I would definitely recommend. Brilliant delivery also!

Items ordered were indicated as in stock but the order did not arrive. Multiple emails and order cancelled it has been over 2 weeks and no refund given.
Avoid these guys they are just scammer!!

I'm really impressed with Vetshop.
It's my first time ordering from them and I was really impressed with how fast the delivery arrived, I ordered the dog food late on Thursday & Friday morning it ha arrived and I could start transitioning my dog onto his new food.

After a terrible service from another large pet store I decided to go back to Vetshop although it is far away from Devon. Order arrived at 7pm by Evri who apologised for late delivery. My main reason is you can speak to a human far better then typing to a robot who cancelled my order 4 times. Well done VETSHOP.
