Great and easy to use
Always fast to dispatch items,received within the timescale they state without fail - and I order medication for my cat every 3-4 months
Product always packaged really well
So easy to upload the prescription- just a photograph taken with my phone camera is accepted- and never had any issues when ordering on repeat, no need to upload the prescription again.
Website also straight forward and easy to use, even on my phone.

Refrigerated parcel delivery didn’t…
Refrigerated parcel delivery didn’t arrive as promised. This is the second attempt from Vetmedi as last time Royal Mail delivered it onto hot porch at 34 degrees and forged my signature. After several attempts at getting a refund or replacement and several emails later to Charlotte (vet) I was promised the replacement today 21.07.2026. However just spoken with our post lady and it had not arrived at Craven Arms post office to be delivered today. Unfortunately our elderly dog is now over a week overdue her Librela injection. Cant believe the incompetence of the services.

We're also sorry to hear about your previous experience and that, despite our efforts to resolve it, this latest delivery has caused further disappointment.
