I have mixed feelings

I have mixed feelings. I like their products and they help my allergic dog. But costumer service is awful. I ordered products on 25/12, they arrived on 12/01. During this time, I wrote a few e-mails to the company and all of them were ignored.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I HAVE ORDERED SEVERAL BAGS OF HILLS PRESCRIPTION DIET RD AND ALTHOUGH THE DELIVERY IS SWIFT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAVES ALOT TO BE DESIRED. EVERY BAG I HAVE RECEIVED HAS BEEN PROBLEMATIC WITH THE ZIPPER CLOSURE TO THE BAG, THE ZIPPER HAS ALWAYS BROKEN LEAVING THE FOOD OPEN TO THE AIR. I CONTACTED VETSFOODWORLD AND EXPRESSED MY CONCERN ONLY TO BE SPOKEN TO BY A VERY VERY MEMBER OD THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WHO MADE IT QUITE CLEAR THAT HE THOUGH I WAS A LIAR. I EVENTUALLY PUT MY PHONE DOWN BUT MADE IT QUITE CLEAR I WOULD NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN ONLY TO FIND WHEN I GOT HOME THE ADVISOR HAD WRITEN A VERY SARCASTIC EMAIL SAYING THAT HE HAD CONTACTED ME AND THAT PROBABLY SOMEWHERE DOWN THE LINE VETSFOODWORLD WOULD BE HAMPERED WITH A FOLLOWING UP EMAIL OR CALL. IM SURE THE EMAIL WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE COME TO ME BECAUSE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF WOULD CRITICISE A CUSTOMER IN THAT POOR NANNER TO WHICH HE DID SO. I ALSO STILL HAVE THE EMAIL AS PROOF !!!!
