The veterinarian does not follow…

The veterinarian does not follow Friends of Animals guidelines.
I contacted friends of animals to have my cat spayed. they gave me 2 options, one being Mansfield veterinary health center. Even though my cat had just had a physical and rabies shot, Mansfield veterinary health center insisted I still had to have my cat in for a pre exam and another FVR CP shot. $88. additional charge even though the certificate I have says this should be included in the charge. When I brought my certificate in for the exam they insisted I take it home and bring it back the day of the procedure.
The day of the procedure my son dropped off the cat. When I came to pick her up, I was made aware they didnt have the certificate. I offered to bring it back the next day, take a photo of it and email or mail it. They said no. I could bring it in but they would only reimburse me $75.00. In total I paid them for $88. pre exam and $426.00 for the complete spayed package. my certificate said I should have only paid the $85.00 for the certificate. Which the Doctor would not let me leave with them at the pre exam. according to certificate. This included pre exam, anesthesia, post operative care pain relief and stitch removal. Veterinarian Stanley Sohn DVM charged for pre exam, anesthesia, pain medication. I will be informing Friends of Animals as well.
