I agree with the bad reviews here. Ordered shoes, they never arrived and I still have not gotten the shoes nor my money back. The customer service was responsive in the beginning but then started ignoring my emails.

This started in January 2024 and has been going on for months - I kept on messaging but now there is silence.

DO NOT BUY

Was expecting a pair of leather Italian boots, they arrived and looked nothing like the web images, no size labels on the box or shoes at least 2 sizes too small! Not real leather at all! Avoid at all costs, I didn’t bother sending them back at my own cost as I saw the reviews after. It’s a scam, they delete all their comments on social media so you’d never know.

A scam. Order, get a poor quality product and your money is gone. The Cloton Limited company where to ship goods back (at your own cost) does not exist but is a London based enity owned by a Latvian company.

ordered a dress which was low quality and didnt properly fit. when i tried to return the dress (to italy) Iit was refused by the recipient so it was sent back. They havent responded to emails ever since, meaning i've lost the money i paid for the dress + the heafty fee to return it. dont bother ordering here.

Fraud!!
Ordered the shoes, my card was charged. Tracking number never appeared and I'm not sure if my items were lost during shipping or were not even shipped to begin with. Emailed back and forth with the customer service and every time I was promised a resolution "within 24-48 hours". Never happened. Lost significant amount of money. Do not repeat my mistake!
