Just love Verycook!!! A great team who are highly responsive to queries and super helpful. The plancha was expertly packed and arrived in perfect condition. The plancha grill and the utensils are solid and fabulous quality, couldn’t be more pleased. Am hoping to try the plancha grill out this weekend, weather providing, and am sure that the results will be just perfect 👌 Thank you Laura and your Verycook team!

Es ist unglaublich, aber irgendwie schaffen sie es, die schlechten Bewertungen ausblenden zu lassen. Im Juni 2020 schrieb ich auf Trustpilot folgendes:
A nightmare, 10 weeks no items, fast chats and quick responses, however, just phrases!
I ordered a Plancha-Grill on the 30th of March 2020 together with a stainless steel wheel table for a price of approx. €1100,-. I was very surprised about the quick response of the online service which gave me the feeling of a serious business. I never was in doubt because of the excellent ranking of 4.7/5 . First sceduled date of delivery was middle of March, second was last week. Since now, which is the 6th of June, almost 10 weeks after ordering and payment, the items did not arrive. The service which was very quick initially in responding to emails, lacks of answering. I am very sorry but I have to warn everybody to go into business with this company. Of course we have the problem of corona right now, however, the company should be serious with their customer concerning any problems.
I hope that this experience will prevent anybody of buying any items of this company, since it is obviously eather a fake or a very poor service.
There are plenty of other nice grills of different companys which can be ordered and are delivered within a week.
Mittlerweile wurde mir der Rechnungsbetrag von meiner Kreditkartenfirma erstattet.

Horrible customer service. Chat taking up to 44 mins to reply. UK phone number not working (person unavailable message in French). Piezo not working.

Only 1 of 2 burners working when received grill. Been trying for two weeks to contact Verycook to arrange return of grill and finding it near impossible to talk to live person. When I did manage to get through and arrange a delivery date the courier GLS services did not show up on the date and I have been unable to contact Verycook since to arrange another date... I'd probably try and order another grill but not sure I will due to lack of customer service....

After a long internet research I decided to go for the Made in France Verycook (also liked the young entrepreneur story), just received my plancha today (GLS delivery was OK) and to say the least I am quite disappointed for a product which is 90% more expensing from comparable on Amazon UK:
- missing UK gas hose
- one piezo ignition not working ... so one burner out of two
- one burner knob tilted compare to the other
- enameled steel plate chipped on one corner
- also would be great to get a cooking book like the french do (or at least to get the option for the french speakers)

Which is leaving me with the following question: does Verycook have a Quality Control dept. looking at the products before shipping them away? And by reading some other reviews I am not the only one out there ....
