Exact same experience as the others. Shoes never came. Tracking number seemed real but then showed the shoes to be lost. I wrote to ask for a refund and they said they’d send another pair. Never sent another pair, never responded again. Just stole my money.
My Hoka sneakers never arrived after 30 days. The tracking number they sent never made sense (originally shipped from China), and they claimed it was delivered. When I reached out to support, they finally replied. I asked for a refund but they said they would ship out another pair. Then I emailed daily for a tracking number. No response. This is not a reputable company. They use SHOP as the selling platform, but then they never connect to their shipping to the SHOP app. Avoid at all costs!
Scam company. They sell counterfeit postage stamps and have fake listings for other products which they will charge you for but not send. AVOID!! They also seem to be altering their review stars, because I left them one star, and I’m the only person who has left a review, but somehow it shows as three stars??
