A very positive experience going to choose and buy a car. Josef the salesman was very pleasant and knowledgeable explaining about vehicles. When I picked up my new car Josef sat with me and went through everything about the sat nav and controls. Very well recommend.

I went to Vertu Motors Macclesfield…
I went to Vertu Motors Macclesfield looking for a small car that I could get around in, and that was affordable to run. David was really useful and showed me multiple cars which I wasn't a fan of. He then showed me one of the cars that hadn't been in the workshop yet, and that is the one I took away. He reserved it for me, they kept me up to date throughout the process, and I had the car within a week.

Took the car in February and told them it needed a wet belt as we had trouble with oil they basically called me a liar.plus they never told us about the warranty after our first year service was over the milage when I booked it in i told them that I was on holiday prebooked and paid for so they said it was OK to bring it in afterwards and they never told me that the warranty was cancelled due to this. It is a motability car and they tell lies to motability as my father had a car on motability with this garage and they said he had done 70,000 miles when he had only done 3,000 trying to get money out of a 86 year old man and they are getting extra money out of us this time. After this car we will never go to vauxhall again and if anyone asks us about them we will tell them not to bother stay away from vauxhall Macclesfield. I have a good mind to go to the papers
